“I received so many emails between the time I started the process and when I paid for the credentials. It's too much. The paper came rather quickly, the translation offered is way too expensive compared to other translations online. I'd have liked to have the translation done by IEE but I chose rushtranslate instead because it was way cheaper.”

“The service was quick but I don't understand why 1 point was taken off my GPA when you guys moved my A- to a A. Not much explanation on this which would have been good.”

“I am missing from your service the proper feedback on where the current order is. I also did not receive any feedback on whether the document was sent to the university I requested. The website also does not provide a clear overview of how I can access the various services. For example, when I wanted to send the document to another university, I couldn't find out how to set the "name of the other university." In the evaluation, the scale was simply recalculated and you were not asked, for example, what "Special honors awarded for excellent academic performance in Literature .." means. You did not even calculated any extra points for this.”

“Hi David, I think clients should be sent a message to acknowledge that the completed evaluation has been sent to the recipient or a receipt of acknowledgement for the completed evaluation sent to the recipient should be provided for the client rather than just informing the client that his/her evaluation is completed.”

“I have a very bad experience with customer service which the told me that that are going to send me an email includes a copy of my evaluation certificate 10 days ago but the didn’t and when I contact again they told me I have to pay another $50 and then don’t know how a photocopy worth $50 ! Also when I submitted my order it was supposed that they will mail it to my address and when the ordered delayed and I contacted them they told me you have to pay another $15 , Actually I will not recommend IEE to any of my colleagues/friends.”

“Thanks for your email. The online chat part was helpful to take me to go through the process. However, the duration of the review was 5 working days, but it actually tool much longer than that. I did my evaluation in early December, but I have not received the result so far.”

“The review of my credentials took longer than expected and that has caused a deferment of my admission to next semester. I hope documents are considered as they come. Your chat group was helpful because they answer most of my questions and supported me in ensuring my documents were treated.”

“Evaluation was fast as you claimed. The only downside is I can't even see my evaluation report without paying extra 20 dollars. It was sent to the university but I didn't get a chance to look at it as you request additional money for that.”

“The evaluation was good. I paid for a 3-day service and everything was completed on the 4th day only after I called. Had I known that I would have saved my $50. That is my only complaint.”

“I would like to know why after paying over $200 for my transcripts to be processed and shipped, that I have to pay additional $50 for an email copy? (This question isn't rhetorical, I would really like a justifiable answer) I'm simply trying to send them to my school district for verification purposes and IEE is requesting for me to pay $50 for an email. An email copy should come automatic. The service in itself was fine, a bit over prices if you asked me. The only reason I HAD to go with IEE is because my district requires I go with a company on the NACES list. I found a service that was cheaper, faster and they paid for the shipping for transcripts. They also provided automatic digital copies of transcripts.”

“It is nice, but can speed up if only electric diplomas are needed but not physical copies. I uploaded electric diploma and it took 7 days before starting degree evaluation of my case. I guess it is a totally unnecessary delay.”

“I started out feeling very good because the turn around time after receiving my documents. However, that soon turned to disappointment as there was an issue with the evaluation that I have sent more than one email and also called because of the urgency. I was advised of a 24-48 hour response time from October 20,2021 and to date nothing. I am still awaiting some assistance on the matter and I would appreciate if someone would at least respond.”

“Professional certificates were evaluated as professional certificates however European vocational school is much more rigerous than the American vocational requirements. Had an evaluation of a Bachelors degree with professional certification. Downside is these are only provisional and covid put a kink in the works. So official documents must be sent in but IEE gives you 6 months to do so. All in all out of the four documents sent in only one was evaluated. Therefore i only gave a three star rating.”

“In the review I must say to your team that, I got every individual subject evaluations but really didn’t get at all that my master is equal to what according to the US education. Actually in Pakistan there is one only organization which called HEC ( Higher education commission) which is giving a certificate in which clearly mentioned that my foreign education is equivalent to what in Pakistani education system. So, you must give a certificate in which you must mentioned that your all education is equivalent to this and that as per US education system. I really didn’t get that my master from Pakistan is equivalent to what to US education system. Thank you so much.”
