“Great service overall. However, in as much as education records and communication is done between candidates institution and IEE, I think the applicant must be included (copied) in all communication. This keeps applicant well informed about the progress of their application and eliminates the feeling of uncertainty.”

“I placed an order as Mr. Sadqain Raza Order #1632224399 his education duration is 18 years including high school MBA program 4 years Bachelor program 2 years high school 12 years so its mean he is eligible to get masters equivalency but IEE given me Bachelor Equivalency and they wrote the length of program wrong they mentioned 2 years MBA. i contacted with chat support and they suggest me to apply for revision even though that is not my mistake they charged me 100 $ additional and till now IEE report is not generated kindly review this matter and if possible please refund the fees of revision because i just come to know that they mentioned the program length wrong in the report.”

“My report wasn't accepted so I'm not sure it was worth paying for the expedited option. For whatever reason, it appeared to be encrypted and I couldn't even attach it with my application package. I tried multiple times and saving it different ways, but it kept being rejected, saying it was password protected (it wasn't).”

“I had translated some documents. I was supposed to be contacted before receiving the translated documents from you. There were some translated words. Other terms were supposed to be used. On the other hand, the staff was very nice and cooperated well with me”

“Thank you for responding. On 3 May I reviewed the document and found three names misspelled. I had provided the correct spelling for the primary name at the start of the translation but it must have been ignored. Here are the changes I requested: 1. Last name of student is Kasiansakorn 2. Father’s last name is also Kasiansakorn 3. Mother’s first name is Phimpaa I was told I was put in the queue but have not heard anything since 3 May.”

“IEE service is very fast and response time is quick even when chatting with them. The only reason i gave 3 stars is that I got different information from some of the customer service agents. I was also told I needed to send my certificate when I did not have to and then I had to pay for it to come back to me which was just unnecessary cost. Customer service just needs to do better when it comes to the information they give out but apart from that, the service was good and very fast.”

“I am writing this review for Foreign Medical Graduates who are seeking nonclinical work (teaching, research, pharma etc) in the USA. IEE evaluation is not fair for Foreign Medical graduates that have an MBBS degree. They will write remarks which will equate your hard-earned medical degree to a US 4 year college (difficult to get a job when the employer sees you as an undergrad). They will not consider house job as part of your education. They will not mention that you have studied to become a doctor of medicine. I sent them an email on these issues but their response is very generic. They have the same evaluation criteria for all foreign qualifications. They don't treat foreign qualifications on their merit. I think Foreign Medical Graduates should stick with WES. Although their evaluation methods are probably similar, the evaluation report is much better. WES will mention that you are a doctor of medicine and they will not write remarks equating you to a much lower basic degree. I went with IEE because they were really fast with their evaluation. In conclusion, if you are in a hurry, (and if you have other post-graduate diplomas and degrees in addition to the MBBS degree), you can get your evaluation done at IEE. They do write that you have the first professional degree in Medicine. I hope this helps someone.”
