“Buggy website, but customer service came through once I had it escalated. Front-level agents are unfamiliar with the process and speak in loops. The evaluation isn't as good as other NACES sources. I will likely end up using another one who gave my MBA a equivalent to RA when IEE called it a graduate certificate. WES gave me an equivalent.”

“This service provider is a bit disorganized. When I initially set up my account with IEE I was not told that I needed to put my account number on the envelope of the transcripts when I sent them. They got lost. I ended up making two trips to the registrar's office at my undergraduate alma mater and paying twice to have the transcripts sent. The second time by a courier. I also was not granted credit for ten credit hours of a certificate I completed through the social work department of an accredited Canadian university. A note was made that this should be considered a continuing education certificate only. My transcripts delineate the courses that were worthy of university credit (wrote papers, did research, presented on topics), and which were personal/professional growth (group work, practicum). I suspect that if the certificate had been titled as a social work diploma/certificate, instead of as a substance abuse counselling certificate, it would have been deemed worthy of credit.”

“Overall your platform is very intuitive and easy to work with. The whole workflow was easy to assimilate and your customer service by live chat is very good! My whole experience wasn't five start because my evaluation came with some divergent information that contains total length of my master degree as 1.5 years, that's incorrect since it's clearly written 2 years. I request a correction and the reply was that it won't interfere in the evaluation, that somehow I understand, but anyway I would like to have in my report the correct information.”

“No one emailed me about the scan being unclear until I contacted after that the process was quick. It provided me with inconvenience and delayed my admission process, but in the end all is well that ends well, so thank you. Just be more careful of such issues in the future.”

“I struggled for days to get past the first stage. Spike with over half a dozen support staff too. I was left frustrated as the next button had an overlap with the support widget and would not click. Plus I was seeing an amount on checkout for almost a day.”

“I personally like the concept, but I think that the translation / evaluation process is a bit too long. I also think that the price is a bit too much for international students for example, if the prices were modular I mean to make a difference between professinals and students, mostly for international students because $60 for 1 page is a bit too much for students maybe between $30-$35 can be more accessible for every students around the world and $40 to $60 I hope that it'll help you. THank you so much.”

“Respond quickly to your needs before they complete the order. I was displeased when I received an error in my order of translation and Evaluation! I emailed them a couple of times with no response unfortunately, and these are very important documents!!!”
