“They took much longer than they said they would on the website. On the website it said 3 days they took over a week to get it back to me. But overall communication was good.”

“My experience with customer service was quite disappointing. The agents seemed to lack adequate knowledge about their products, and to make matters worse, I received inconsistent information from three different agents. When I asked for the name of one of the agents, he spelled it as "Parl." However, when I called back after an hour and referred to that agent's name, the other agent had no knowledge of anyone named "Parl" in the office. It was frustrating to experience such inconsistency and lack of professionalism. Furthermore, it appeared that the phone conversation was not recorded, which could have contributed to the agents' lack of carefulness in handling my inquiry. finally, I asked to talk with the customer service manager and he solved my issue within two days after I wait a week. I hope the company takes my feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service to avoid such issues in the future.”

“The Evaluation was timely but should have been specific with the mode of transcript submission if email from school is unaccepted. And I think regular update should be given if a transcript is recieved so that we can have an idea of the stage of the process. Cos I ended up spending alot on travels to my school to request transcript submission”

“I had a few issues before my evaluation was completed. I was told that I would be informed when my papers had reached the office and that never happened. Any time I tried to ask questions on the website about my order, the associate did not have any idea how to help me and it was frustrating as the customer. If I ever need to use this type of service again, I would not use this company as I did not have a good experience.”

“Hello,thanks for the opportunity.i sent a mail barely 2days ago about an order I made. Please I asked my institution(University of Capecoast and Nursing and Midwifery training college to send my certificates and transcript to Iee for evaluation but I realised when the evaluation was done, the nursing and midwifery college's transcript wasn't captured in the report. I requested for feedback on the reasons why but then no response has been given. Please am worried”

“Well,I will consistently applaud you for the swift response.However,you need to provide guidelines regarding the recipients an applicant may possibly name.I ignorantly asked you to send copies to my educational institutions under the yardstick of loyalty and to aid verification which was unwarranted after a second thought whilst payment had been done already.This could have saved me some funds if I had a fore-knowledge.Nevertheless,you are simply excellent in delivery, particularly when an individual is time-pressed and requires evaluation assistance.”

“I received my evaluation quickly (5 days) compared to other agencies processing time, that is the reason I chose to work with IEE. I am happy with customer service team as they were always nice and with the right attitude. This is the reason I gave a 3 starts instead of 1. List of all I was expecting to have a problem with my evaluation delivery to the university. I was told by the agency that they have being working with my university and at the end agency did not have the proper portal for sending over my paperwork and I had to look for the email address to have my paperwork to be sent over to. University started to evaluate my transcript 10 days later after my order has been completed by the agency, which I was promised that my paperwork will be sent over same day as evaluation completion.”

“I am not sure if the evaluation of my credentials is fair. My double medical degree- bachelor's degree was assessed to be equivalent to a US bachelor's degree- it seems because of the time it took me to finish the program? (It was an accelerated program)”

“I think my equivalence was completely wrong, I warned you and you said it was correct, but how is a 440h MBA in Brazil equivalent to a 5-year degree? I don't understand, but you reinforced that this is your assessment and that you couldn't change it, ok. But I think that a 1-year MBA is not equivalent to a 5-year degree, for me it was even more advantageous, but ok. Thank you but I was suspicious and ended up doing the same equivalence in another company and it really was very different from yours.”

“As a native Spanish speaker who just needed an “official” translated document that wasn't done by myself, the evaluation was “ok.” The layout could have been much better, even resembling the original document itself. Having the original doc in landscape mode and providing a translation in portrait made it seem disorganized.”

“Once the order is placed, it is not made clear on the website how the documents need to be submitted. I had to reach out to make sure the documents I had submitted were correct, they actually weren't. If I had never reached out my evaluation wouldn't have been complete.”
