You had a very quick turnaround but I don't think my GPA eval was particularly accurate. A 16.9 was graded as a B+ but a 17 as an A. I would look at how you are translating Scottish grades.

I received IEE's evaluation on time. It's perfect. But the postal service is a headache(USPS). The evaluation courier must been delivered before couple of days but still it has not been delivered. The overall rating has been reduced because of the USPS.

A bit expensive (as I'm a research assistant, and the cost was 3 times my rent money), but delivered on time, and I'm happy with the results.

I had called IEE to clarify how and from where my transcript should be provided. Initially during the call on Oct-16 02.11 PM, I was told that I will have to provide my Degree certificate and Consolidated Marksheet transcript from University as I graduated from autonomous and affiliated college and transcript from my college will not be accepted. As my university said they can't provide transcript for my Consolidated Marksheet I had to clarify with IEE later over chat on 27-Oct when they confirmed that my college can send both my transcripts as it is an autonomous college. The contradictory information lead to spending additional 35 USD for my transcripts from my university in addition to the transcripts from my college. It would be really helpful if the support team is well aware of the process and if there is a clear FAQ section for the same.

I love your customer service. But I am still not convinced nor satisfied with how you evaluated my Courses from Germany and Ghana, particularly my final GPA. I think I deserve some explanation on grading system you used.

My case is tricky. I have neither 16 years of education nor 18. I have 17. My MBA was a 3-year program. I need to know if I'd still qualify as a bachelor or a master.

This was my second time evaluation with IEE. First time was quickly done , I was very happy with it. This time took time to complete. Cost is very expensive. I understand other compony has charge a lot too. But everything money.

I am glad to have my document's evaluation from IEE. But there is one thing that made me sad as i sent my HSC certificate through my college's official email address and i have recieved an email from IEE confirming to recieve it but i don't understand why they asked for it again and i could not send it again and i could not get my HSC certificate's evaluation. It's not my fault as i sent that document from institute's official email address. Will i have to pay for it again if i need it's evaluation?

My experience with my IEE wasnot a bad one, though I felt bad sometimes but later found out that the problem is from my university who did not send necessary documents as requested,yes I can recommend My IEE for others , thanks for all the staffs for your assistance, you all ways reply my messages immediately I sent it without looking back, thanks to report theme.

I paid for guaranteed 3 day completion, but only now i understand, that 3 days means 3 days since everything is submitted and myiee doesn't need anything else. If you made a little mistake, its your fault, you gonna recieve an email (first time i didnt get a *proper* translation, and i did not recieve any, but after that a was notified) about something missing. So 3 days is more like a week, since time to deliver is not included in those 3 days. Also, a small detail, when i recieved an email saying that my translation is not sertified, there also was proposition to certify translation by themselves, for 80 dollars. Thats a lot, so be careful about that

I'll say your staff are very ethical. There were some misunderstandings in my case which killed my interest in the evaluation process but I think Maria, a staff of yours did the magic. I wish you reach out to the British Columbia Nursing Board in Canada so they add you to Evaluation Agencies they work with. Thank you.

I have had two requests with IEE, one completed and another pending. My major concern is that the organization should try and assign one representative to handle all communications with a particular client. My experiences was about three different people sending emails regarding same issue that I had already explained with another individual within the organization. Secondly, I think the current style of 'hidden' fees isn't helpful. The new request page provides limited options and doesn't fully explain the scope and payments required. A client gets hit with extra charges for little variations like sending emails, for instance. The request page doesn't give the option to choose email delivery for secondary recipients but rather a selection is made from a long list from the drop-down menu. This selection requires the receiving institution to log into myiee portal to retrieve documents, which can be inappropriate: email option for second recipient should be made available and appropriate fees clearly stated.

The service was fast and efficient after I had sent them my physical original documents in the mail. However, I didn’t get any information about me having to actually send physical copies to the institution until I emailed and asked about the progress of my evaluation after waiting for 2 months. I think it would be way more efficient if you had the option of scanning the original documents and send to you electronically. It’s not only costly to send International documents through the mail, it also takes way longer time. If that’s not a possibility, I would say that you should have the information about emailing physical copies of the documents very obvious on the website

Negative -- Website pricing is misleading (what you initially list as 3 day service is later discovered not guaranteed 3 day service. Guaranteed 3 day service is extra). Not a fan of that kind of communication. Positive -- When I spoke to a representative for some assistance, they were very helpful.
