“There was a bit of back and forth regarding the authenticity of my documents even after I submitted countless amounts of evidence, therefore, delaying the entire evaluation process. Other than that, I was very happy with the service provided, especially when I contacted the support team with my many questions.”

“I had an issue with my display name on the evaluation. My name is unconventional from American standards as it comprises of a prefix (American equivalent to first name) then my actual given name (American middle name) and finally my last name or family name. So when signing up for the account, I entered my name as Abdullah Khan, omitting the prefix "Muhammad", thinking that it would be of no consequence and that my name on the evaluation will be picked from my official documents instead, but that wasn't the case. Now I am supposed to pay $50 for this correction. Other than that, their service was brilliant, with a timely delivery and a very responsive staff.”

“This service costs way too much and preys on students who need help. They don't seem to care that most students can't afford to pay that much. It's not fair.”

“It was extremely expensive . This company was quick to tell you what they needed from you but then took 3 weeks to do what I would classify as the simplest evaluation ( GED Equivalent Evaluation ) . Also showed me the fee for Evaluation as well as mailing fee . Then when I paid g tv herd was an extra $50 dollar charge that I didn’t expect . I could have gotten it done a bit cheaper .”

“I have submitted a document for translation and evaluation report. I got the first version of the translation and then the Evaluation report with good timing. Later, I found a very silly mistake in the translation part and send an email to the translation team. However, it took too long to reply to my email and correct the small error. I have also tried to contact, I can say, all the customer service via chat but all say rest assured they will send me as soon as possible, BUT not actually. With all this up and down, I can say, except for a few, all the customer service personnel via chat are so helpful. I recommend the translation team should be very active and met the deadline you put in.”

“Although the process and website were user-friendly. However, after the evaluation, there was no clarification as to whether anything else was expected of me. For example, do I need to visit my current university and ask them to mail the official documents to IEE? If this issue had not been encountered, I would have rated the service of IEE as excellent.”

“I am writing to request that you please send my evaluation result to registrar@potomac.edu as soon as possible. I recently enrolled in a Master's program at the university, but my admission is currently pending due to the fact that they have not yet received my evaluation from you. I would greatly appreciate it if you could expedite the process of sending my evaluation to the university so that my admission can be finalized. Please let me know if there are any additional steps that I need to take to ensure that my evaluation is sent to the university promptly. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon. As my university professor is eagerly awaiting its arrival from your agency. “I shared a copy of your transcript evaluation report with the Depaul university and they told me that they dont accept transcript from IEE. so your people should try to reach out to more schools so that you have more patronage.”

“Review concerns FRANCE. The translation and education evaluation was of the French BAC diploma and the Lycée grade report. The translator translated MENTION BIEN as WITH DISTINCTION GOOD rather than with High Honours. Imagine, I received MENTION ASSEZ BIEN and they translate it as WITH DISTINCTION GOOD ENOUGH. After a back and forth the Translation was changed to reflect the distinction of HIGH HONOURS in a way that I found satisfying. They refused to include my distinction on my Education Evaluation which I still don't fully understand. They wanted me to pay more money to have it included after the fact.”

“Thanks for the speedy evaluation services. However there was a mistake in validating my bachelor transcript. Before clarification, the report was already sent out to the designated institution. There should be a reconfirmation process before delivery so it is fair to the applicants. I appreciate the immediate reaction to rectify it.”
