“I can't say that I am totally happy with the service. The documents submission and check process was very confusing. Also, I feel that your team members don't coordinate with each other before communicating with clients. And the emails that they sent had a lot of errors.”

“Great! The service is very satisfactory and timely. However, I think there should be some considerations for document verification. A lost of people in my region complain that they're being turned down and discourage due to unnecessary subjection of document verification which cost them more spending.”

“I'm not satisfied with the rating.I graduated with a second class upper division but you rated me a 2.94 which is clustered as a second class lower division and my request for reconsideration has not been answered. This has costed me an opportunity for furthering my studies Ref .1408166”

“I did not have a pleasant experience. My degree certificate was arrested by my university. In spite of that, I was asked for provisional degree certificate from my university. This was a major hassle.”

“It was a good evaluation for sure but it did canceled my order of a copy without I even touching a thing, so I needed to pay more than I should ti get the copy. Otherwise it was good!”

“I tried speaking to an evaluator for answers to questions appertaining to my evaluation but was told that I could not, That was not satisfactory for me. I do not want to rate the service yet until I have spoken with someone about this issue. There are some questions that I would like answered. I was satisfied with the fact that I could speak with a life customer service representative when I called. The turnaround time was a little over the time that I was told it would take for the evaluation to take place/received, but it was not too long from the estimated date. I communicated with the company via telephone and email. The bulk of the communication was via telephone.”

“They did not proceed effectively with one transcripts because lack of understanding of the double diploma institution by IEE. I had to gave up with this diploma for evaluation. I am disappointed because it took a lot time and almost did not meet with the dead line of the college. It was so demanding in pandemic times”

“I just wished that you will disclose all the charges up front as I assume the vast majority of your clients are not from this country, when placing the order you get a slap of 60 dollars per page translation fee, and after receiving my certificate 10 to 15 days is a little too much time to wait for what it is. but I appreciate your services.”

“a empresa não cumpriu o prazo contratado, (I didn`t like it) you broke the contract deadline. In spite of the fact, I was accepted at Regent University. Apesar do fato, eu fui aceito na Universidade. the work is of good quality, the only point that I didn't like was you were not trustable about that. (deadline to send the evaluations) . but You can redeem it, I have some questions to full fill my final form that I am in doubt about. I will transcript them: By July 1, admitted students must provide official, final transcripts (including degree-conferred status) from each post-secondary institution attended. This requirement is in addition to transcripts previously provided to Law Services, or other credential evaluations service. The following official transcripts from post-secondary institutions have been requested: School Name #1 and Date Requested: #2 and Date Requested. I don`t know if they are asking me to call my University here and ask them to send the files evaluations or only take the evaluations I have here in the date that I got them.”
