“I paid for the 5 days turn around, I had to chat and email multiples times to have it completed on time. Overpriced service.”

“Cons: I have opted for rush processing and still, it took 2 weeks for my university to receive the transcripts. I almost missed my deadline for admission processing. No point in paying extra for the rush processing. Pros: Every time I reached out to IEE, I received some feedback. Support is good.”

“I ordered a copy of my final evaluation but it has not been delivered to me. The guy I spoke with said that it will be sent together with my original copy of Diploma and Transcript.”

“It was a timely affair. It was sent to college at the time mentioned. The chat bot is also very effective. I don't know much about the review as I didn't get any copy. And I thought I will receive one copy for self. Plus it is very expensive to send it to individual colleges. Like the extra copies get too expensive.”

“I had two credentials reviewed: My legal degree and a occupation specific certification. I was very pleased with the review on my legal degree. It was exactly what I expected in terms of the evaluation. However, regarding the occupational specific certificate, I was slightly disappointed. In order to have gotten into the program a Bachelors degree was required but according to IEE, they stated only a high school diploma was needed. Secondly, I was credited certain classes due to bachelors degree (listed on diploma) which shortened my studies substantially in class but I still got credited in order to obtain my qualification. IEE however, only credited me for the actual hours I spent in class which negates the value of the certification. Needless to say, I got the evaluation. Whether I was happy or not is not really the question.”

“The report was useful but I expected it to be more explanatory. I would be very grateful if you could call me because I need to know the procedure to obtain a report on my university credits so that I can access to a better rank in the position that I am applying.”

“I am very disappointed about your agency, this, because it's unbelievable I can not get a simple hard copy of my own evaluation, which I got from you and, I already paid for it. Which means if I need just a simple copy I have to pay again. This not happen with WES or other agencies. I can understand If I need it to use before a University or someplace else I have to pay but not just If I want a simple hard copy.”

“There were two errors in my transcript that I only accidentally found out by opening a sealed document. Hadn't I done this I would not have known. The company immediately corrected the error by sending new transcripts.”

“The translations and evaluations were professionally presented and of good quality. The timeframe for delivery was reasonable. Dorothy was accepted everywhere she applied. The thing we didn’t like was that we were nickel and dimed for subsequent orders. One school asked for a further in-depth evaluation and we were charged for the full evaluation, rather than giving us credit for what we had already paid. The shipping and handling fee is exorbitant. Just charge me for the product. Don’t gauge me for every copy I need. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would have much preferred to pay the same amount in a package deal. That way I know how much it will cost up front. Even so, I would still recommend IEE. But with the caveat that the price will wind up twice the amount listed on the website.”

“The envelope with evaluation arrived unsealed but there was no stamp staying that only a university could open it. So I just wasted my money and have to pay additional $50 for extra copy. Good tricky scheme to make money”
