“They had a delay for 1 day to give me back my evaluations done; so It takes 11 office days to get my documents.”

“The timeframe was within what was promised and the process was very easy to follow. I don't agree with the "country overview" statement : "at the end of Grade 12, students receive the Baccalaureat. It makes it seem that you just get it upon completing the 12th grade and the french education system does not work that way. The Bac. (short for Baccalaureat) is an extremely rigorous process in a young adult's life and is obtained by testing; some never obtain it.”

“The report was good and thorough. It met what I needed for immigration purposes. The report did take longer than expected (more than 15 business days) and the expediting fees were too exorbitant to pay.”

“To whom this may concern, My impression of IEE’s overall services was poor. I felt like they did fantastic job with their website, so job well done. Clearly, I cannot compare your offers and overall customer service to your competition. But I do know I would not choose IEE again. Your service was average priced and only happened after I opened an additional ticket. You were incredibly slow and behind promised deadlines. The live chat was very helpful, actually.”

“Important information was not revealed at the beginning and it delayed my process. The communication took three days to be received. People attending the chats had very little information about the process and was not updated. I am not sure how much time it was supposed to take to get my evaluation, but it took a month and ten days in my particular case. Also, I wish I would have had all the information about the documents required at the beginning, then it could have been faster. I think the communication was always very polite and personal, during e-mails and chat conversations.”

“My Evaluation wasn’t done as expected.My transcripts were not put together to be one as I requested for revision owing to a course I had retaken.My two transcripts were evaluated separately which Wasn’t what I wanted .”

“It's kinda slow and when I received my completed evaluation my last was spelled incorrectly so I needed to request for a change which means I needed to wait again. Tips: Check all the details thoroughly or inform the client if the details are all correct before sending it so it will not cause a delay. Have a great day!!”

“The service was good. I would have preferred more transparency during the evaluation time. While the evaluation was proceeding, my experience was that the only status I received was that the evaluation was "in progress". I would have liked to know what exactly that means.”

“I am sort of satisfied with their service but could have easily be a very satisfied customer. On the positive side, their fee structure is more understandable compared to some other companies. I am happy with their turn-around time. On the negative side, in my communication with them I made it clear that my documents are irreplaceable for me but to my surprise the carrier they used for returning my original documents didn't need any signature from me and they left all my originals by the general mailbox in the lobby of the apartment. I believe I have paid enough money to deserve a safer return service requiring my signature because of sensitivity of the documents. Well, I got lucky this time but I think the company has to make it clear for customer about what service they use and give them options.”

“Cons: I have opted for rush processing and still, it took 2 weeks for my university to receive the transcripts. I almost missed my deadline for admission processing. No point in paying extra for the rush processing. Pros: Every time I reached out to IEE, I received some feedback. Support is good.”

“I ordered a copy of my final evaluation but it has not been delivered to me. The guy I spoke with said that it will be sent together with my original copy of Diploma and Transcript.”

“It was a timely affair. It was sent to college at the time mentioned. The chat bot is also very effective. I don't know much about the review as I didn't get any copy. And I thought I will receive one copy for self. Plus it is very expensive to send it to individual colleges. Like the extra copies get too expensive.”

“I had two credentials reviewed: My legal degree and a occupation specific certification. I was very pleased with the review on my legal degree. It was exactly what I expected in terms of the evaluation. However, regarding the occupational specific certificate, I was slightly disappointed. In order to have gotten into the program a Bachelors degree was required but according to IEE, they stated only a high school diploma was needed. Secondly, I was credited certain classes due to bachelors degree (listed on diploma) which shortened my studies substantially in class but I still got credited in order to obtain my qualification. IEE however, only credited me for the actual hours I spent in class which negates the value of the certification. Needless to say, I got the evaluation. Whether I was happy or not is not really the question.”
