“Absolutely amazing products. Besides Grace Cosmetics, Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics are the only ones that do not upset my sensitive skin. I can use Napoleon Perdis products without any worry of eczema flare ups afterwards. I always recommend Napoleon Perdis to my friends and family and would recommend them to anyone with Sensitive Skin. I use their powders, face masks, concealers, lipsticks, eyeliner and mascara with absolutely no issues.”
