“I love my new coffee table!! It looks amazing in our living room. We had an issue with the base and the customer service was incredible. They took care of the issue quickly and were so attentive. I highly recommend this brand.”

“I ordered bar stools for my kitchen island. They are beautiful, comfortable and fit my decor to a tee! I had some issues with some of the stools legs not being the same shade of white, but customer service took care of it correctly, quickly and now I have the bar stools I wanted for my space. I am very impressed with Nathan James quality and customer service and recommend them!!”

“We ordered stools for the island in our kitchen. They ended up sending us the wrong color, but their customer service was AMAZING. I got someone on the phone right away and they sent out new ones immediately. I received more than 3 follow up emails. This was the best customer service I have received in a long time.”

“Ordered from Amazon, but stools had problems. Called them up they sent out a replacement right away. They checked up on me. They were very nice and helpful. I was super impressed with their customer service. And my stools look nice.”

“I originally purchased my coffee table thru Amazon and it came with a bit of damage on the wood. I contacted Nathan James customer service and they did a great job responding quickly with my options for resolution. I really would have preferred either a replacement part or a 50% refund (thinking if I keep this piece it'll be in my living room for years to come, 50% seemed fair). They offered either a whole new table or 25% so I took the new table. Now I have to figure out what to do with 2 coffee tables. I still rate them good considering their responsiveness. And the table is attractive, just like the photos.”

“This was my first time buying from Nathan James. I got a coffee table, that was so easy to put together, I might add. Easiest furniture assembly ever. The coffee table is beautiful, but not the right size for my living space, so I contacted Nathan James & they have THE BEST customer service I’ve ever seen. They truly care about their customers. I’ll be buying from them again soon.”

“Looks nice and quality is decent for the price. I really like the modern design too. Taking one star off due to poor assembling instructions, they’re fun and different but don’t serve the purpose. I messed up on the top part and because of that and unclear instructions spent longer than expected in getting this stand together.”
