“The shelves are ok. I compared them to a very similar product my friend purchased on Amazon for $20 cheaper and they look very similar. Easy to assemble, arrived pretty quickly after ordering. UPDATE: Just wanted to share that the customer service team reached out to me to see how they could address the issues I had with the product. Very helpful and understanding and had a great experience with them. Would increase my rating for customer service, something you likely would not get shopping on Amazon. An important difference for me.”

“so the end product looks OK however putting it together took about 10 hours rather than 70 minutes your instructions are trying to be funny but I would rather real instructions one of the boards turned out backwards because it didnt fit fit the correct way In the top left door was left off because it didn’t fit then while I was building it some of the pieces knocked over and the wood is so cheap that it cracked I would rather real instructions than telling me to order a pizza”

“Reasonable price and great quality. Not too difficult to build. Tv stand perfect for small spaces. The coffee table was easy to put together. I like the simplicity and quality of Nathan James. Return process was also easy. I ordered a ladder shelf however when it arrived, I decided I didn’t want to nail the ladder shelf to the wall. The return process was hassle free, and easy. I didn’t take any items out of the box, so that made things way easier to return.”

“I wanted counter stools that would fit under the counter but yet match with my color scheme. I bought the grey stools with white finish. These were perfect for my space; however, I took one star off because of the design. Some of the pegs in the legs are not completely flushed, leaving some gapping, and wobbling that I had to correct for one of the legs. Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.”
