“I purchased the Kalos table because of its adaptability in size. There was a small problem that I contacted the company about. Their response was fast and over the top in trying to correct the problem! Cameron, the customer service professional, was so helpful. His emails made me feel cared for and was right on getting things right. They are a new company so give them a try!”

“I requested a refund. This was done on 11/19/2022. RMA IN1NOWHV I have not received a response. I have gone ahead and ordered two bookcases in a lighter color and wanted a return and refund for this first order. SW Response to questions below - not certain about a recommendation, depends on how the returns process goes. Did I pay for the return? I don't know yet. I am awaiting a response.”

“A really great value for the price! Some minor cosmetic imperfections but nothing major that is noticeable in everyday use. The instructions were clear and the assembly went well. We put two Dylan media cabinets together to make a statement piece under our TV. We love it!”

“Wow! We ordered the Enloe Sideboard Cabinet and it arrived within a week. Hubs assembled it, Avril t it took 4 hours (not 1) and it’s gorgeous, however we noticed few scratches and “lose” wood on the doors. Called customer service and Kevaunn was fantastic! He apologized and insisted on sending a replacement right away.. and that he did. New doors are great. And cabinet looks amazing! Great value for furniture and customer service is super!”
