“I love my new shelf! The quality is superb. The drawers are very strong, solid wood which is hard to find these days. The mixed metal with wood has a rustic feel. It fits very securely to the wall and cannot tip over. I love it! Customer service is excellent.”

“One of the finest shopping experiences I have ever had. We bought a desk via Wayfair and a coffee table directly from NJ. Both products were of superior design, aesthetically and structurally. Assembly directions were incredibly straightforward, and even had a sense of humor to them. Their return policy is extremely customer oriented, and it's the first furniture company I've ever encountered that actually exercises a thoughtful aftercare approach. If you want to support a small businesses that cares about their employees, their customers, and the earth, look no further than Nathan James.”

“At first I had only given these 3 stars due to an issue with the screws not fitting and continually falling out, but a very kind and paitent client service rep reached out and helped me fix any issues that I was having with the stools which did end up being user error when assebling them. One of the stools still wasnt exactly right, but again the client representative was very kind and willing to fix anything and even was willing to send a new stool out. Overall, im very happy with the stools and we are no longer having issues with the nails falling out. They are worth it for sure!”

“Customer service was outstanding! Short story is that I bought barstools that I really loved for a kitchen project we were working on. Unfortunately they did not look right once the project was finished, but I was beyond the “return” date with Amazon. Customer service through Nathan James was kind and very helpful and allowed me to pick a couple of items from the store to make up for some of the cost of the barstools. I am really happy with the items I got and feel that they were generous in allowing me this option. Several months later I received a small box of chocolates to thank me for my patience as they worked to make it right! Wow, very unexpected and thoughtful!”
