“I was a little disappointed with the last program I attended. It was titled "Complex issues" with the ADA and FMLA. I did not find they discussed complex issues but more basic information. Some of the time was wasted discussing the FFCRA which is no longer applicable. If I had known it was more of a basic program, I would not have signed up. However, the presenters were very good and certainly very knowledgeable.”

“The presenters no doubt know their stuff, but what leaves me disappointed is that many courses described as “all the things you need to know about x” or “fundamentals of x” frequently include meandering presentations that focus on the advanced experiences of the presenters with little of the fundamentals one would expect, or include presentations that focus merely on the laws of one state (typically, not mine). Accordingly, I have found little value in having taken such courses via NBI.”
