“Staff were very helpful and the store had a wide selection. Some of the firmness ratings were strange but it's not a big deal since you can try the mattresses yourself”

“The customer reps at the outlet store were very knowledgeable and I was able to test the bed for longer than I thought I would be allowed to. I like how straightforward the sales process was and setting up delivery. The delivery person was very nice and my mattress came in mint condition. I also love the fact that they’re a 365 day trial to it but I already know I’m going to commit to this one because it’s a big upgrade from my last one which in hindsight I shouldn’t have gotten it from where I got it from.”

“Every Staff member is friendly and helpful. I couldnt trust anywhere else for mattress shopping. I came here twice for different mattress, Logan and Henry were very knowledgable.”

“We purchased a Beauty Rest from the Hamilton location. The Sales Associate Wayne was incredible. He patiently listened and responded directly to each question we asked. He was very knowledgeable and forthright without being pushy or dismissive. He went above and beyond to secure a delivery window that worked with our schedule. The drivers that delivered the mattress communicated their ETA and arrived as expected. They were friendly, polite and professional. I rate this buying experience 9/10. It’s not a perfect score b/c we couldn’t purchase our first choice of mattress b/c it was not in stock and there was no back order date in your system. Wayne explained this meant he couldn’t tell us when it would be available. We received the mattress yesterday in great condition; the protective wrapping fully intact. We’ll take the next month or so to evaluate this mattress. We’re comfortable knowing that we can exchange the product within 90 days should it not work yo our satisfaction. Thank you National Mattress for your help.”

“Before shopping, I did some research and liked that National Mattress doesn’t pay a commission to its sales people. That helped reassure me that I was getting honest advice on which mattress to purchase. I am happy with my new bed but must admit they could do better on shipping. My options were they would leave it in the lobby of my building or I had to pay extra for them to bring it up to my apartment and take away my old bed to wherever my building collects large items for disposal. For a small fee other stores provide bags to put the old bed in and haul it away. Overall I am happy I chose National Mattress.”

“So far, I am very happy with our new mattress. The mattress is as described on line, was easy to order and was delivered in about a week. No problems whatsoever. Seems very supportive and the edges are solid. Time will tell if it lasts for the 10 yr guarantee.”

“Quick and easy transaction. Told the gentleman my sleep position. He started with the reasonable priced ones. I asked him to show me the very expensive ones and settled on the mid tier mattress. $1500 queen and bought a frame as well with 30% off. First night on it went pretty good. Overall i enjoyed my transaction with national mattress and I'll add it to my list of personal recommendations. Happy I didn't go to sleep country. thanks guys!”

Nation Mattress Outlet made it easy to find the exact bed I was looking for with their detailed analysis and product specifications under each mattress. It made it easy to choose the mattress based on my preferences of coil gauge/count, materials used, cooling factors, etc.,”
