“REALLY GOOD MATTRESS COMFORT AS I LIKE AND GOOD PURCHASING SERVICE AS WELL, OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE BUYING THE MATRESS AND ALSO PURCHSAED A REALLY GOOD MATTRESS A PILLOW VERY VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE I HAD A BACK PROBLEM AND SHOULDER AND NECK ISSUE IT SEEMS TO BE FEELING A LOT BETTER WITH THE NEW MATTRESS”

“When I was in store, everything was great... they know the product well, they gave me options and discussed my needs. Delivery was less great. I signed for the mattress, but they didn't bring it further than my front door like an Amazon package. I was disappointed that I had to get a King size mattress upstairs by myself. I don't blame National Mattress, but they should look at better delivery because the service in store was amazing, the service on delivery was less than par.”

“For the second time we bought a mattress from National Mattress. The selection is huge, and all mattresses are layed out do we could test them first, and their pricing beats any of the competitors that we visited. The return policy takes away any risk should we later decide that it is not to our liking. The customer service staff are so very helpful. There was no problem in arranging delivery on the day that we wanted it. We wouldn't buy a mattress anywhere else. Tom and Dora”

“Ordered a mattress for my child’s bunk bed. It came within 2 days and free delivery to my main level. My child had the best sleep on her new mattress in a while. They are very happy”

“Henry at the Markham store was fantastic. Based on a short description of what we were looking for, he was able to give a quick list of potential mattresses that would fit and when asking about mattress A versus B versus C or D, knew the information off by heart. It made the shopping process easy and painless, even though I was struck with option paralysis when I walked in the store and saw all the possible mattresses available. We were able to buy in one visit, which is amazing.”

“We went in looking for RV queen short mattresses and Alex was great and very informative on the mattresses. He didn't pressure us to buy and we took our time and found one we liked. I like their guarantee as well if you don't like it. Would highly recommend National Mattress.”
