“It was a great shopping experience with National Mattress. The customer service team was very helpful and professional. The quality of their extra-firm mattresses is excellent and hard to find anywhere else. One area for improvement would be the website payment process, as it sometimes flags genuine customers as fraud. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. Highly recommended!”

“Was looking for a new mattress from many stores, and I'm glad I chose National Mattress. Not only did they have the best prices, but the customer service was exceptional! Received my new mattress in one day, and I love it! Would definitely recommend National Mattress.”

“Had an awrsome experience! Went in with a few criteria and ideas of what we wanted and left with a new mattress shortly after. Staff was great at directing us to what we were looking for. Mattress was affordable and has been great so far.”

“Went in looking for a mattress for a guest room, as a retail District Manager I was impressed with Henry and his knowledge. He gave me all the answers to the questions I had before I could even ask them. On top of that he helped load my new mattress into the car in minutes. First time customer, would highly recommend!”

“Bought the same mattress for my father that I bought for myself 6 months ago. Its the most comfortable bed that I've ever owned. I went back in yesterday and made the purchase in ten minutes. It was a great experience and I recommend it completely.”

“I only just received my new mattress- so time will tell. However the delivery was seamless. When they said next day delivery- They meant it!!! Very pleased with the customer service I have experienced. The mattress feels great and I saved so much $$ buying from National Mattress compared to the other stores.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Across the board! Selection, quality, value, and a fabulous delivery team! I purchased a wooden foundation (NM) and a matching Sealy boxspring and mattress plus some acessories. I had a huge selection and got the specific mattress that was best suited for me at an excellent price! I selected Next Day Delivery and recived a message later that evening on the estimated delivery time! A two hour window allowed me not to waste a whole day waiting for a truck to arrive. Delivery was up-to-the-minute tracking and the driver called as ther were enroute. The crew were friendly, polite, and careful with my purchases, and put them exactly where I requested. (+small added fee) All items were new, unopened, and in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks so much National Mattress. I've already mentioned to several family and friends how excellent everything was. Again, thank you all! Rob E”

“I enjoyed my experience shopping for and purchasing a mattress for my son. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, and provided with information I needed. I then had the opportunity to try as many mattresses as I wanted to. At no point did I feel pressured to buy. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions. When I decided to make a purchase, the ordering process was clear and simple. Shipping was very fast. And National Mattress had the best price of any outlet. Thank you.”

“We were referred to National Mattress from our neighbours and could not be more pleased with the level of service and pricing! Conor T was excellent to deal with providing us with a stress free shopping experience while being available to answer any questions we may have had. This was our 2nd mattress purchase for a guest room and the variety/selection was great was able to bring home the mattress same day!”

“Best sales experience! Service representative at National Mattress Markham (Henry) was very helpful but not pushy. He provided information on Sealy Posturepedic Plus mattress models without any sales pressure. We purchased the Sealy Julien Queen 1000 Series. Delivery was next day. Best delivery experience! ETA was right on and professional from start to finish. Definitely recommend National Mattress to friends and family! Peter Lui”
