“We visited the National Mattress outlet in Markham on Oct 28, after visiting their website and identifying a set of mattresses that we potentially wanted to view and test out physically for comfort. We were fortunate that the mattress that we had listed as our first option was actually available for us to check out. Special thanks to Henry who singlehandedly managed all the customers who came in while we were there. He effortlessly identified the Mattress we were looking for, super quick. This National Mattress outlet has a very large collection of mattresses, which makes it an excellent place to conveniently check out and compare a whole bunch of them before you make a final decision. Despite us having a clear idea on the mattresses that we wanted to test out, we could not help checking out a bunch of other mattresses since they were right there! Pricing appeared to be very reasonable, which is why we had chosen to visit National Mattress in the first place. Note that although the delivery team will deliver the mattress to your doorstep (or Condo building entrance) for free, you can request for in-house delivery for a small fee. Which is what we did. They were also able to give us a delivery date that worked for us. I'm happy that we finally found the type of mattress my wife and I were looking for without breaking the bank!”

“I was amazed at the selection. They have ALL of the big brand mattress manufacturers to choose from, as well as their own brand name. HUGE selection. Somewhat overwhelming; I had to go a few times. The staff are very knowledgable. They were very polite and patient! I was not told about the online "coupons" for discounts on pillows, mattress protectors or sheets, but I did see it on their website and was able to get a set of sheets for 1/2 of the "online advertised price". You need to get/use a 'coupon' from online and show them the online price. Online pricing for the sheets was far less than the in store price. Note: unfortunately the bed sheets only come in white; but it was too good of a deal to pass up for the price. Gave a 4 instead of a 5 because I tried calling and calling and no one would answer the phone lines. I was happy to pay $65. for their "white glove service" for delivery. The fee includes: delivery and install to my upper bedroom, and take old mattress out to the curb. Their delivery fee is very reasonable and available 7 days a week. Other companies delivery fees are so much higher; up to $200!!! Beware of competitors delivery prices!! I would definitely recommend National Mattress. I already have recommended them to friends and family.”

“I've beeing purchasing mattresses for not only myself but my family for the last 10 years. I've NEVER had a bad experience with customer service, their pricing is always unbeatable and the warrenties on all their products give complete peace of mind. I'll never not recommend Nation Matress to my friends and will continue to be a dedicate customer for years to come.”

“We were dealing with Manvir K. with our mattress purchase. We gave her our options that we selected on-line. She showed us our options along with a few others that were on display. She was very knowledgeable and offered options to what we were looking for. We eventually went with one of her options and so far, are quite satisfied at this point.”

“First of all - the service and their delivery processes are very well defined, two thumbs up! The team that helped me with some communication errors and a few delivery related special requests - very very helpful and efficient with the information that was needed. Over the call & over the email, both - excellent! I had placed order of a mattress for the first time here in Canada and there were a lot of questions - everything just worked out like clockwork! The showroom experience - first thing, people were trained and not at all trying to push or sell. They were there to provide information and educate you, simple - just what I wanted! Mattress got delivered just yesterday to me - so far, had a very good night sleep! Overall - I had never experienced or even expected so efficient system in place for a commodity like mattress. Any day, this is the place to buy a mattress.”

“Just got it delivered yesterday. In just 12 hours, the mattress looks almost full size from unboxing. I kept the plastic covering intact and unwrapped it the next day, so there wasn't any smell or anything. (Some other reviews mentioned there might be a chemical smell). So far so good! I got the firm one, happy with the purchase!”

“Good staff, but the quality of product is a very bad. I have sent a complience to them but no any reaction. I requested to update me with the status of my claime and again, no any reaction. I will never recommend National marlttrace as reliable supplier”
