“My friend recommended National Mattress to me and they did not disappoint!! Manvir is an AWESOME sales associate. I went in the store looking for something organic. She showed me a few options and said bring a picture of my tag and she would help me compare when I was ready. I went back to the store and she was there again and still so very cheerful. The mattress I wanted was out of stock but she assured me that it will be delivered within 7-10 days. The team is also AMAZING. The item was in stock again, earlier than expected but unfortunately the elevator in my building was out of commission for a few days. NATIONAL MATTRESS assured me they could reschedule the delivery. As soon as I let them know the elevator was in service again they came back in a jiffy! They have just delivered my EverGreen Sleep mattress and everything went smoothly. Thanks NATIONAL MATTRESS, I will be sure to tell my friends and family to shop with you.♡♡♡”

“Purchase was smooth and quick. Delivery was booked on April 17 morning. Two days later not done yet. No any updates. The customer service didn’t answer clear what was wrong. Some error in system? Opened case…..”

“It wasn't in stock but they provided a timeline, allowing me to cancel any time before delivery. Delivery was trackable and timely. Mattress looks exactly what I ordered. All good!”

“The staff was nice and accomodating when I kept changing my mind on the pillow choices, but was not able to contact the store until the delivery date to make adjustments which was frustrating. Still waiting on the pillows and matress cover though.”

“Good quality product with fair prices. I ordered a split king box spring on line and it was delivered quickly within a few days, in a snowfall. After it arrived I thought it over and realized it was too thin ( ordered the 4”) and needed a thicker box spring as my husband is tall. Contacted customer service within a few minutes after delivery. I had asked for a possible exchange for the 8” box spring. They responded quickly and asked for photos of the product, making sure I hadn’t opened the plastic and took off the plastic from the other box spring. Since it was still in my garage untouched, they said the photos looked good. They proceeded with the exchange and delivered the other box spring within days, with no extra free. Shipping was all free. The customer service experience was one of the best I have encountered. Friendly people and quick service. They text and call you on delivery days and keep you posted on your shipping and arrival. 5 stars because they deserve it!”

The representative was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find a better option suited to my needs rather than just making a sale. I had initially chosen a plush mattress which caused discomfort, but the rep guided me toward a more supportive option. The exchange process was smooth and hassle-free, and I truly appreciate the level of customer service provided. “We needed a new bed for my slbing immediately, and I found National Mattress online. My mom barely speaks English, my little brother, and I weren't sure what to expect. Jevon was extremely helpful, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, deserves a raise, and made us feel welcomed. I love that you guys don't push sales. Jevon told us what was on sale, he made suggestions, but didn't push us on stuff. Which is why we ended up buying the boxspring as well”

“King split box spring I ordered was great and came quickly to our place in Toronto. Unfortunately the boxsprings were not the same height and were different (I had actually read this in another review, so I was expecting this), but I called the number with my order for help and they came and replaced it next day. Slightly annoying, but overall happy with the customer service and my product, and it didn't really impact us, so I would still recommend!”

“Jun at National Mattress North York was a delight. We wandered in just wanting to understand options for a king bed, armed with preliminary knowledge, such as wanting a firm bed and also curious about latex mattresses. He was with us for about an hour, letting us test a variety of beds within our budget, and counselling us on the right mattress for us. We had to delay shipping a few times because our bed frame was late, and he was immediate over email helping us reschedule. The team that came in to deliver our mattress was speedy, courteous, and very informative about leaving it to fluff up for 8-10 hours before use. You guys are amazing, thank you so much!”
