“I had an amazing experience at the Markham location. I checked many places, like Sleep Country, for a good quality mattress at a reasonable price, but I only found expensive mattresses with poor customer service. Here, I received the kindest and most helpful service. Logan helped me get everything I needed and is very knowledgeable. He took the time to have me test all the different pillows and mattresses to find the best options within my price range. I got the best price and the best service. I'm very happy with my purchase!”

“National Mattress was excellent to deal with! Communication was great on delivery times and on the day of arrival, and the price was much lower than other places. We got our new mattress in a reasonable amount of time, and now we are getting a much better sleep!”

“Suraj at the Mississauga store was as knowledgeable and friendly as it gets. I was so impressed with how he knew all the stats from the materials to the exact number of pocket coils and the thickness of those coils on all the mattresses we were interested in. He didn't try to upsell us to unnecessarily expensive models. I'm very happy with this purchase and look forward to getting them delivered this weekend and sleeping on our newly purchased mattresses for years to come.”

“Prices are cheaper than most mattress stores and there's a lot of variety to choose from. At the store when choosing our mattress, it helped a lot that each mattress has its detailed description and not just the typical firmness detail. My order was on back order but once they got it, I was informed right away and was scheduled for delivery with no hassle. I also like that you can actually see the location/gps of the delivery car in real time once you are the next person for delivery.”
