“My husband and I first visited the Barrie location in October as we were shopping around for a new Mattress. We had shopped at a few other places and found everything super expensive. We came to National Mattress and everything was laid out and super easy to find all the information you needed. We left that day knowing exactly what we wanted. I cannot remember the young lady’s name that helped answer our hundreds of questions but she was amazing. Fast forward to December, our bedroom renovation is almost complete and we were ready to purchase our bedroom set. We went in and tested the mattress out one more time and left with our new bedroom set purchased and arriving the following week! Thanks for Alex for submitting the order and answering our last few questions! Excellent customer service by both associates!”

“The delivery process was stressful because it arrived a week later than advertised and the date kept changing so it was hard to plan for it. But now that I have my new bed I am very happy with it! Have only slept one night in it so far, it was soft and supportive. Would like more info on how to access the warranty if needed, since this mattress comes with a 15-yr one.”

“The in store representative, Arnold, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped ease the stress of buying a new mattress. The selection in store was great and the prices were even better. After my first night of sleeping, back pain that I've had for a year has gone away, and I can happily say this is the best purchase I've made all year.”

“Simple online ordering. Easy to find what you need. Smooth delivery on the dat of my choosing. Showed up at the time when they said they would. Delivery team was polite and efficient. No damage to packaging or property. Mattress and boxspring were as described. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Guy was helpful was a new canadian but you could tell he is a good one really working on his English and very respectful when my wife and I went in to the store he was busy crazy busy but he managed to look after us keep a eye on everything well dealing when we were ready for him to ask some questions I just had to look at him and je was there same when we were ready to buy helped us out with some deals and up sold us some sheets with a discount 100% would recommend if your looking for a bed I went to the store in kitchener delt with the store only its how I like to do business”

“Upon arriving we were quickly greeted by Suraj. He was quite helpful and very knowledgeable. After making a few recommendations we had decided on which mattress to purchase. Arrangements were made accordingly for the delivery. I'd highly recommend going to National Mattress for your bedding requirements. I'll certainly be going back when my sons graduate from their cribs.”

“My wife and I very much enjoyed our visit. The employee helping us out was named Connor, and he was amazing. He doesn't pull any punches and tells it like it is. He was very enjoyable to work with. He allowed us time to walk the warehouse and spend some time choosing a mattress that best fits what we were looking for. Overall it was a great experience things to Connor.”
