“The mattress itself is excellent, and the delivery was smooth—two days after purchase, we were able to successfully update the delivery address via email. However, I would’ve given 5 stars if it weren’t for the customer service issue: my daughter’s call got disconnected while she was retrieving the purchase code, and we needed to change the delivery details. After that, I tried calling back and ended up waiting over 15 minutes without a response. Thankfully, the issue was later resolved, but that part of the experience was frustrating. Everything else went well!”

“We tried National.as it was a local business and the product is Canadian. The warehouse is well laid out with a vast selection of mattress types (from soft to firm and everything in between). There are a variety of price points for every shopper. The customer service were knowledgeable and friendly and able to answer all our questions. They offer door delivery free and in- house for a $35 dollar charge. We had shopped and reviewed prices at competitive stores and were happy all round with the experience at National. Try it - you won't be disappointed!!!”

“The experience at National Mattress was great. It's a low pressure environment where you're encouraged to take your time and try as many mattresses as you want for as long as want until you feel comfortable with your choice. The pricing was incredible. As they are non-commissioned based sales and low overhead costs they're able to undercut the bigger name stores which results in huge savings on your purchase. Very flexible delivery schedule that you can change up to 24 hours before schedule. The sales rep who helped us, Arnold, was extremely knowledgable about mattresses and was super patient with us weaving himself in and out at the right moments and sharing product knwoledge that made a difference in our process to select the right mattress. I would highly recommend to anyone that is in the market for a new mattresses and doesn't want to pay the ridiculous pricess that other retail competitors have and would appreciate great service from the staff.”

“I am very pleased with the mattress and boxspring purchase. Using the mattress selector tool on the website was very helpful. The items were exactly as described. The delivery team were prompt, courteous, and professional. The option to track the delivery was very helpful and you could follow the delivery progress to the minute. Will purchase again from National Mattress!”

“My experience with National mattress was fantastic. Support was very friendly and the delivery personnel were professional and respectful of time providing a call before arriving. Delivery had to be rescheduled the first time and instead of getting someone rude and angry about it the delivery person was very kind, explained they couldn't return the same day then they handled all of the rescheduling.”

“I came to your store as I was recommended by my colleague, who had good words about your store. I purchased a full/double size mattress from your Woodbine store at Markham, ON. the sale rep Jevon was a wonderful guy. He is knowledgable and patience while introducing the right product to me. He has #1 customer service skill. The mattress meets my need in qualtiy and price, btw.”

“The prices are really really great, and I'm very appreciative of Canada-wide shipping! It was a bit confusing to figure out how the mattress would be shipped and when it will arrive, but overall I think it's gone well! My mattress is supposed to arrive tomorrow! Update: the mattress arrived and is absolutely incredible! Very very happy with my purchase”

“Pleasantly surprised as we always went to larger chains for our mattresses. The selection is vast and most importantly, i appreciated being left on my own to try them out and being able to ask questions on my own terms. No pushy sales people, just information when needed. This will be my families go to mattress store from now on”
