“Service was good I can't complain however the mattress was supposed to be in a box and it came not in a box which was a little bit frustrating because I live in a small condo and I just moved and it just took up more space than needed me when I could have just opened it when I was ready to have it opened now it's just sitting taking up a lot of space but for the most part service was fast”

“The online stopping experience was easy and quick. I was able to filter and do comparisons all with a click of the mouse. The follow emails notifying of shipment date, the phone calls, the remainder of shipment was very well communicated. The delivery was smooth, and the mattress came covered and was exactly as expected. Very happy with my purchase. This was my second time purchasing from National Mattress.”

“There was such a large amount of disorganization with my purchase. I had people making promises that were not kept and I received my delivery 2 days after it was promised and I'm still getting emails telling me I'm getting the delivery the day after I already received it. To be fair National Mattress has compensated me for these problems. I will try National Mattress again but I will be wary of what is promised.”

“Awesome experience at National Mattress. The staff were attentive and helped make an informed decision on a purchase that can improve the quality of sleep for the next 8-10 years and on a budget. They offer wide range of mattresses to try out in a spacious warehouse. The pricing is very competitive and the free delivery is a huge bonus. Will be a returning customer and will highly recommend to friends and family.”

“Service is amazing!!! They really help us to choose the mattress that aligns to our needs and to be honest they got it. This is the second time we bought a mattress and we never get disappointed. The quality of the matters is better than we expected. The first matters hasn’t loss the firmness and the new one has been a life changer, we are still testing it, but we love it so far.”
