“We had a pretty good experience buying a mattress at the Kitchener location. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were right that it will take a little while to get used to it but the wait was worth it, we got what we needed and wanted. There’s a great variety of mattresses and one to fit every budget. I would definitely recommend buying a mattress here.”

“Products are good, however the delivery experience needs to be improved. I got the delivery confirmation email from “Peter”, but the delivery never happened until I called the customer service, they did not give a reasonable explanation either but reschedule the next day delivery.”

“Store staff Arnold W is friendly and helpful. But the delivery staff are so cold and unhelpful. On delivery day, the delivery staff just dumped the 2 mattresses into the service elevator , then left. Saying that the customer need to pay extra for delivery up to my condo unit on 3/F. I, a senior citizen, was stranded in the elevator without help. My order clearly indicated my condo unit on 3/F and the delivery staff ignored it.”

“We went to the Barrie show room to see and test the mattresses prior to mskingbour decision. The staff were low pressure, very informative, and helpful. Delivery was not next day but I suspect it had a lot to due with a Sunday afternoon purchase, and waiting a day was not at all unreasonable. Delivery was on time and the communication was terrific. The person who delivered the mattress was respectful and efficient.”

“From the moment you walk into the door customer service, selection anything you'd want when shopping for a mattress is outstanding!!! Wrong bed frame arrived so had to upgrade with mattress coming the same day. This was resolved in less than 5 minutes. New righ size mattress came no hassle at all. The prices are amazing and so is the quality of their product. Delivery was amazing as well. I will never walk in to Sleep Country again!!! Ever!”

“National Mattress has good customer services. My NM mattress was out of stock but the customer service kept me informed about the status and it was back in stock and delivered within a week. Delivery was on time and they were polite. The mattress is firm and comfortable so far.”
