“Customer Service is always great. I have shopped at National Matress many times for family needs. I was just in buying a box spring on Tuesday and it was delivered Wednesday. The delivery team is always organized and keeps you updated with delivery times.”

“Although I have not been in the store to be greeted by staff in person, or see how the stores are laid out, I did happen to send a couple of email requests to staff who responded in a quick and friendly manner - very happy with that! The web site is fantastic - the pricing, decriptions, reviews - everything was there in an easy to read and navigate fashion. And let me mention the prices again ... very well and competively priced.”

“I visited the national mattress in 1655 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L4X 1L5, the staff were excellent, humble and polite throughout. The provided great recommendations. They also spend sufficient time with you during the selection process and explain the pros and cons of the mattresses. You can also feel the mattress and assess the comfort level. I feel it is the best place to buy all mattresses.”

“Rep in store was extremely helpful, pointing out products within my price range and patiently explaining the features. He offered other products/accessories without being pushy or obnoxious. Delivery was on time, slight hiccup which was resolved quickly. Overall a top notch experience and will recommend this company to anyone purchasing a mattress!”
