“Sales staff are fantastic. You never felt pressured. They provide honest feedback plus asked good questions as you tried mattresses so they could help you find the perfect one. Delivery was excellent. The link provided good updates on delivery window. When 10 minutes away they called to let me know. All in all I highly recommend using National Mattress”

“Lots of great mattresses at an affordable price! I saved a lot of money coming here rather than going to Sleep Country or The Brick, and they can be a little pushy. The staff here was very respectful and friendly and genuinely wanted to help.”

“I purchased a bamboo mattress at an excellent price, very comfortable and even after a year it continues to provide great comfort. I also bought a Tempur-Pedic pillow from the North York location, which was significantly less expensive than at Sleep Country.”

“The variety of mattresses offered great options for what we were looking for. While the store only had one employee working the day we were three, he was extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and was easy able to help all the customers in a professional and impressive manner. “The store had a variety of mattress options , across all sizes, all price range and also the type of mattress. The store was very well designed that we can try out each option by actually lying down on the actual product . That was one of the very reason i choose National mattress. I was able to try out every mattress option of my choice for a good time (5 mins atleast) to make my decision. The staff available were very knowledgable of the product as well . Happy that i went to the store and purchased the product of my liking Only thing which was a downside for me ( personally) - they dont accept Amex cards. otherwise it was all good.”

“The store has a wide variety of mattresses, allowing me to quickly try out different mattresses and find the right one. Best of all, they have everything in stock and offer free shipping. However, their mattresses come rolled up, so I took them home in my car, which was super convenient. I've been using them for about two weeks now and they're still 100% great.”
