“Did the whole process on-line after comparison/price shopping. Chose a delivery date/time on-line. Also selected a 'White Glove" set-up which I thought was reasonable priced. I was particularly impressed with the delivery truck tracking system. Three men coaxed a King mattress up a very narrow stairway and then put the old mattress in our garage for pick up. All in all a very good seamless process. I am now a big fan of National Mattress. All in all a very good process”

“I recently purchased a queen-size mattress from National Mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The quality of the mattress is fantastic, and I’ve been sleeping better than ever. I especially want to highlight the amazing customer service I received. The representative who helped me, was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I had an outstanding experience and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for great products and exceptional service. Thank you for going above and beyond! “This is one of the best mattress stores around! I bought my second mattress from them in the last 5 years and I absolutely love their selection and options of mattresses. Their 0 sales commission model absolutely made my purchase a breeze and the staff (a massive shoutout to Ben K) is able to make recommendations without an ulterior motive. I suffer from chronic back and neck pain, and Ben was able to recommend me the ideal mattress for me without trying to upsell me on their more expensive ones. I chose to have my mattress delivered which was such a seamless experience. The delivery crew showed up right on the promised time and handled the delivery and loading/unloading with the utmost care and professionalism. I have window shopped at other popular brick and mortar stores and their prices tend to be inflated and their sales team generally prefer selling their more expensive mattresses due to commissions. I will definitely return to National Mattress in the future for my next purchase!”

“Excellent selection and very straight forward process. No added sales tactics or hidden tricks. Save yourself the added cost from other retailers and make your purchase today. The team at the Kitchener location was incredible to deal with. I had a frame delivered the next day and that too was excellent. Over all, it’s my go to place going forward.”
