“Lots of mattresses to try out at the store which is very nice. Only issue is that they are covered in plastic wrap and hard to feel exactly the comfort. Ordering and shipping was fast. Only issue with the mattress delivery the mattress had it a bulge on the side and top. Possible manufacturing defect?”

“We needed an inexpensive mattress for our guest room and weren't able to purchase one from a popular website because they didn't deliver to where we live. Hunted around and found a National Mattress location that wasn't too far to go to pick it up ourselves. Found an open bag mattress at a great value. Called and confirmed it was available at their location. When I arrived at the Kitchener store, Shivram had it pulled out, ready for me to check over and explained why it was an open bag item. Very courteous and helpful.”

“It was nice to meet Suraj at the store, who was instrumental in helping us find the right mattresses and also advising and suggesting us on which one to choose. Once we saw the inventory and selection of products here... we haven't visited other stores for our mattresses. We ended up buying 3 mattresses with set of pillows and mattress toppers too. Its a good place to find the right thing at a great price.”

“The service was great. No pressure to buy. Once the staff knew they had the mattress in stock it was waiting at the door for us before we paid. Easy transaction. The mattress is comfortable and what a great price compared to their competitors. We will be back and tell everyone!!”

“The first mattress that arrived was damaged, plus the paint on the doorframe into my bedroom had the paint scrapped off when the delivery guys forced the mattress into the room opposed to turning it width wise. Calling into customer service is stressful as the message machine loops and I didn't think anyone would answer. HOWEVER, a replacement mattress was delivered the same day and the defective one was taken away which was impressive.”
