“Great experience from start to finish. Ordering online was quick and easy, and the mattress was delivered promptly the very next day. The delivery driver notified me ahead of arrival and brought the mattress right to my door, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend National Mattress Outlet to others.”

“Very helpful staff who answered all our questions. They made sure that they were available if we needed them, but gave us peace to browser without feeling pressured. Great selection of mattresses at very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.”

“I had sagging issue with my old mattress and got it replaced with a new one as it is covered under the warranty. But instead of giving store credits it would be helpful if the credit is refundable back to the original payment method.”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us time to peruse the various mattresses and only approached us after a time. We had to return our first purchase and they were nice and professional in helping us with exchanging the unopened mattress for the new one.”

“The sales rep was great and gave us the information that was required as we were making our purchase. We came in with a mattress in mind and saw other options that were within the same price range and turned out to have better options that we ultimately went with. Appreciate the efforts by the sales rep and her team at the Mississauga South location.”
