“This was our second mattress purchase from National Mattress. We appreciated the assistance in their showroom without the heavy handed sales pitch to upsell us beyond our needs. We found what we wanted and they made the purchase and delivery as simple and convenient as possible. We would recommend and will return again.”

“eden at the shop was very helpful and his insights confirmed our mattress choice. the dudes that delivered it couldn't have been nicer. the website is awsome, very informative, extremely insightful when comparison web shopping. any kind of luck the mattress ads will end...a bit much.”

“Mattress selection was great and price was attractive, the experience was positive overall. However, during my 2 visits I found the store was usually staffed with 1-2 sales agents, although they (except one) were available and helpful but they were also often managing paper work and calls, I had to interrupt them when I had questions. There were in store specials of 15% off on Tempurpedic and 20% off on higher models of Seally mattresses but they were not marked on the price tags, I had to ask the sales staff to get the details, and I found this inconvenient. During the second visit when I wanted to confirm the price of the Tempurpedic mattress before my purchase, the sales agent at the desk was unfamiliar of the discount, he attempted to contact his colleague but it took a long time and he didn't come back with any information. When another sales agent (Ken) appeared, he confirmed this discount and helped me with the purchase. Ken was knowledgeable, thorough and personable.”
