“This should be your first and only stop if you are in the market for a new mattress. Ben was honest, transparent, and knowledgeable. Not at any point he made it feel like he is trying to sell something, he was there to educate and help make an informed decision that is best for us. Plenty of options to choose from and all at an extremely fair price. I would highly recommend National Mattress Mississauga!”

“Pleasant experience shopping in store but wished they had folks that could explain the products and differences in more detail before I made the decision to buy. Aside from the greeter at the deck I was left to self navigate and figure out what I wanted on my own. I expected some product insights or pro vs con when comparing different mattresses”

“Absolutely a quick, easy and painless ordering and delivery process that was much needed. We needed a new bed delivered to an apartment building the very next day so we found our bed online, ordered and paid right away and by the next morning had a new bed delivered directly to us. Happily paid the extra $ to get it brought right to the room we wanted it. Guys who delivered were great and made the process easy and simple. So thankful and appreciative, thank you!!!”

“We had a great experience shopping at National Mattress for the first time. The staff was very helpful and the mattress was delivered to us the very next day. They also have a 90 day guarantee if the mattress doesn't meet our expectations, we can get a replacement mattress. Highly recommend!”

“This is our second mattress from nationals same mattress different size, this is the best mattress I have had in Canada. We had to hunt it down finally we got it, so happy we did. Best purchase, good, restful sleep. So happy we invested in this mattress.”

“We had excellent service not once but twice from Zibah in Kitchener showroom. He showed us options diffferent in our price range and had good recommendations. Ultimately we brought our son,who it was for, back for the second visit who ultimately chose one he preferred! We have not used yet but and hopeful it was a good choice. Zibah helped us understand our return options if we change our mind or if it is not suitable. Thank you for your great service Zibah Rob and Tammy”

“Helpful staff at the showroom, not pushy and available for any questions you may have. Delivery was quick and efficient, next day and on time. Really nice delivery guys, telling us exacly how to roll out the mattress. Bought the NM brand mattress and am very pleased so far, and liked the price. I would buy my next one from here again.”

“Your sales staff that helped me was very cordial and helpful. Pavan was very well informed of my need as a 'senior'. He knew exactly what would suit my need. Ihave been veey happy with the service and will go back anytime I need a mattress for anyone in my family. I will also use 'National Mattress' as a referral for all my friends.
