“It was a good shopping experience. Wayne showed us where to start as we needed a bed in a box. He let us try some things out then came back to us to see what we liked. From there he gave us additional recommendations, which was where we found our winner. Delivery was scheduled for next day and the bed arrived on time and was very easy to unpack. I liked that there wasn’t an additional box to throw away. The bed is very comfortable . Great experience overall! Thanks!”

“Delivery was scheduled. Took time off work. Day arrives. No delivery. 'oh the shipment didn't come in. We will let you know when it does and contact you to reschedule.' The above play-by-play happened 3 times in total. Careless work to a shocking degree. Truly embarrassing. Grateful this experience is over. Have been repeating this story to everyone I know. National Mattress. Avoid.”

“We were greeted when entering and questions were answered. I appreciated that we were given time to then test mattresses without someone hovering. We felt like we had time and could relax. We made a choice and were able to take it home that day. Great help in loading the mattress into our vehicle. Would definitely recommend. And prices were great!”

“Look no further to purchase mattresses and box springs than National Mattress! 2 large company purchases left us with having to haul 1 home that didn't fit our metal frame and another "assembly required" product that was missing pieces. Argh. My online purchase from National Mattress was super easy and it was delivered the next day. It was the best price and they had "live tracking" so I knew exactly when it would arrive at my door. Thank you very much!”
