“Alex was great to deal with. He allowed us the time to check the mattresses out on our own. No pressure to buy a certain brand. He gave us the differences of the 3 that we were deciding on before we picked one. He never once mentioned that you had to buy the box spring until I asked. If your box spring is in good condition, no need to buy one. I was happy with my purchase.”

“We recently visited National Mattress to purchase a new mattress and had a great experience from start to finish. The store had a huge selection, with mattresses from almost all the major brands and a wide range of options in terms of type and firmness. The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. Instead of just pushing products, they first asked about our specific needs and then showed us the best options based on our requirements. It made the whole process much easier and more personalized. The delivery was also impressive — it was free, arrived the very next morning, and came with a tracking link so we knew exactly when to expect it. The delivery team was professional, punctual, and handled everything smoothly. We’re really happy with our purchase and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend National Mattress to anyone looking to buy a new mattress!”

“I don't think that I have ever had a better experience shopping for a mattress in my life. I explained that I have back difficulties and wanted an extra firm mattress. The sales person showed me the four most firm mattresses in the showroom and then left me to explore. I tried each of the four, and then explored the many other options. I tried one brand name mattress, which called itself "extra firm" and there was no comparison to the four I had been shown - it was so far from even firm. I took a good bit of time with absolutely no pressure. I explored the shop and tried several others from firm to extra firm. In the end, my first and second choices were from the original four I was shown. Thank you for giving me the space to make a decision which fits me. Delivery was right on the time they projected on the day which I chose. I am very happy!”
