“The staff was very friendly , knowledgeable and not pushy. I was there a day aga , they got my matress delivered today. I have not tried the mattress yet , but based on service they did great.”

“No pressure sales. Sales person was very informative and helped direct us to the mattress that would match what we were looking for so that saves us time. We were able to try out a different mattresses at our own pace. Would recommend if you are looking for a place that has good selection, hassle free sales and prompt response. Waiting for our mattress to be shipped and how the end product turns out just as good.”

“Wanted an extrafirm mattressand got one right away. All process took lesstgan 24 hours including delivery. Quality of the product and service is exceptional! Highly recommend National Mattresses!”

“My husband was the one who found out about this company. Our visit there was on a Sunday and we were assisted by Charley from start to finish. They have alot of options to choose from with their mattresses at very reasonable prices compared to other companies. I will definitely be going back!”

“Good price and quality, bought 2 mattresses. Emailed to request delivery date to be moved to 1 day earlier, email was sent 3 days before the scheduled date and the rep responded the next day to accommodate my request. Delivery went smoothly, was able to track the location and ETA was provided closer to the delivery time. Happy with the mattresses so far.”

“I can only tell good things about the experience. The people there are completely transparent, all prices are transparent and they tell you about them right when you enter the store. They also describe differences between mattress in technical details (materials, thickness, purpose etc). Their labes also just say "firm, medium, soft" so it is easy to navigate. Have different materials including full organic latex. They don't try to upsell you anything, just spend as much time as you want, try what you want and ask any questions - they will answer. Arnold was the person helping me out.”

“Had a great experience at National Mattress Outlet. Greg was super helpful in recommending a good brand for a Twin XL mattress and also helped me get a box spring, mattress protector, and bed frame. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really easygoing which helped make the whole process stress-free. The outlet is also organized really well.”
