“I'm supposed to receive my boxspring tomorrow. It was special because it's solid all the way through, no gaps! Craig was amazing at getting this for me at a great price. I'm grateful for his help as well as Charlie who helped me out as well. I look forward to a great sleeing experience and delivery. Thanks!!”

“Had a great experience shopping for a mattress with my parents at the Barrie location. I’m disappointed I can’t remember the name of the salesman helping us, but he mentioned he’s there all the time! He was extremely informative about the brands, levels of firmness and matching the beds to our sleep type. He was helpful, honest, and gave us space to shop around as well. He also brought up baby crib mattresses being new to the inventory and showed us the small selection, as I have a baby on the way. Ended up purchasing the mattress online and had it shipped and brought into our house. The movers were very friendly and quick. They were also courteous enough to remove their shoes as well, WHILE holding the bed, without even asking! 10/10 experience. Thanks National Mattress!”

“I had been searching everywhere for a new and affordable mattress to no avail until I came to national mattress. The customer service was amazing! Pavin, was so knowledgeable and patient. He helped me pick the right mattress that suited my needs. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a mattress and trying not to break the bank while still not compromising comfort!”

“Found a good sale price online for another mattress. Decided to check out in store location to test the one we wanted originally. Found something better and the sales staff was great Delivery was hassle free. Only improvement would be the website, needs to be optimized for phones I think”

“This was the first time we ordered mattresses online. Ordering online was easy and we didn't have to deal with sales people pushing us to buy higher priced mattresses. We knew what we wanted to buy and they had the inventory for both a twin and a queen sized mattresses. They shipped the two mattresses and the two box springs together within 5 days. The people delivering the matteresses were on time and friendly. Moving forward, we will be buying all our mattresses through National Mattress and not at local mattress specialty stores or furniture stores. The cost savings was great too!”
