“I had the best experience dealing with National Mattress from the time I placed my order to the time it was delivered. Very easy to order, the delivery driver hurt his foot on a previous delivery it was so swollen but he hobbled along to make the delivery”

“I had a great experience shopping at National Mattress, actually. The price was lower than any I found anywhere, the customer service bot was helpful, and then when I called in the rep was even more helpful - facilitating my choice between mattress and box spring and then which kind of mattress to use. The delivery was amazingly prompt, and the mattress I got has transformed my life right away. Thank you.”

“We shopped at Markham location; the staffs were professional and let us tried the mattresses. The price is reasonable and the product came with manufacturer’s seal. Packaging is great, the delivery guys were very helpful and on time. We paid for removal; our old mattresses were properly covered and moved to the designated spot. The overall experience is wonderful, highly recommended.”

“Really happy with my mattress! I used the website's 'filter' feature to narrow down my choices, and then visited the Showroom where I could 'test' it. A Representative there recognized my desire, and wisely suggested a few additional models for me to consider. All of the prices are super-low, compared to other stores!”

“The store was easy to get to and had parking right out front. It had a large variety of mattresses and related products at great prices. The gentleman working greeted us right when we walked in, listened to what we were looking for and took us directly to where we needed to go. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I really appreciated that he didn’t hover, he left us alone and gave us time to try mattresses out. He checked back on us and helped us with our final purchase. He really seemed interested in making our purchase as easy and pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this store and definitely plan to go back when we need a new mattress.”

“Suraj greeted us with kindness and patience as we towed our two kids along to try out every bed in the store. He offered us some initial suggestions to start us out and then listened to our feedback to provide further suggestions. We got the mattress we chose within 24 hours—can’t get much better than that. The delivery crew was helpful and professional. Now to try out the mattress! We’re looking forward to some good sleeps! Thanks!”
