“I received my mattress with a clear defect on the back side. Unfortunately, I signed for the delivery because I was not made aware of the damage at that time. Within 20 minutes, I called the driver to report the issue, but my call was ignored. I immediately emailed the company with photos of the defect, but my evidence was dismissed. Instead, they relied only on the driver’s photos, which were taken at a side angle that did not show the actual damage clearly. It feels as though the company knowingly allowed a defective product to be delivered, assuming most customers would not notice or inspect closely at the time of delivery. This is unacceptable. It is both frustrating and disappointing to see a company avoid responsibility for the quality of their product and the condition in which it was delivered. I hope potential customers are aware of this before making a purchase.”

“Order & Delivery was quick and seamless overall. Delivery was next day which was unexpected and great! A text was sent the morning of with an estimated arrival time. Tracking was provided which was extremely accurate. The mattress is perfect!”

“The saleman was very helpful and knowledgable about different kinds of mattresses. Got the serta icomfort latex mattress and am happy with my purchase so far. 1 star taken off was for the delivery. I was told at the time of purchase that I would receive an email to schedule a delivery; however, the guy called me the next day and said he was 15 mins away. Delivery should be made on an agreed time, not in short notice like that.”

“We have been buying mattresses from the National mattress from almost a decade now. They have very good collection of different brands and their products. We visited the store in Mississauga, selected the mattresses and had them delivered the very next morning in The Blue Mountains. Extremely impressed by the quality products and their exceptional service.”

“The store staff was very helpful. The Sales rep explained the layout of the store and did not pressure us. We were able to walk around and test out the variety of mattresses to find the right one at the right price. Just received my delivery and can't wait to try it out!? Thank you!”

“Easy as pie. Ordered from the website after a little bit of browsing and making my selection. Delivered pretty much exactly on time… Driver even called to let me know he was 20 minutes away. Everything was exactly as ordered. Quality mattress at a cheap price!”
