“Using this new mattress for a while now and I really satisfied with it. It fits exactly what I was looking for – firm enough to support my back but still comfortable and soft to sleep on. Since I started using it, my sleep quality has improved noticeably. I wake up feeling more rested and without back pain. Definitely a great choice if you're looking for both comfort and support in a mattress.”

“The store is clean and laid out well so that you can find your price range, size and comfort level. Our salesman was very quick to find us what we liked with no pressure or pushy tactics. I’ve ordered from National Mattress before and am very happy. The one I purchased was rolled up for easy transport.”

“Delivery was quick which was nice. Customer service on a whole has been good, I could have used a little more help regarding mattress choices based on ones I like in store and what ones are similar that aren't in that specific showroom but available online. That could have eased the overwhelming feeling I had when one online matched my price point but in show room it wasn't available. Had a hard time finding a showroom close by that had a mattress I was interested in. I'm going to exchange and still feeling overwhelmed especially since next purchase is final. I communicated via in person, phone, email and live chat.”

“Very friendly staff. The girl that showed me mattresses asked plenty of questions about my sleep position, price range, if I wanted a firm or soft mattress etc. Price of mattress was far less than anywhere else and good quality!”

“Great company! Easy to order from, easy to schedule/reschedule delivery dates, great delivery and service. Prices are pretty fair, too. Would order from again. Online customer service and in-person service at Mississuaga location made my mattress exchange easy. I have a new wonderful mattress that provides a decent night's sleep. Thank you so much. i've already recommended you to family and friends for their future mattress purchases also!”
