“This is my third mattress from National Mattress and it continues to be my go-to place. I’ve always been happy with my choices, thanks to the helpful staff who are great at making recommendations on the spot. The service is friendly, the prices are fair, and the experience is consistently smooth from start to finish. I haven’t had the chance to sleep on my new mattress yet, but I’m excited to try it. I was a bit sad that I couldn’t stick with Sealy like I usually do, but I’m giving this Canadian-made Springwall mattress a shot — it feels like a solid choice so far. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for good value and great service!”

“Was really happy with the speed of delivery and packaging of the mattress. After 1 day of use the mattress feels much higher quality than the price we paid. Hopefully it is long lasting! Will definitely order again from national mattress.”

“It was a great experience buying mattresses from them. Hardik was very helpful and helped us pick the right mattresses and answered all our questions. It was our first time buying mattresses from them and from our experience I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.”

“I recently purchased a new mattress from National Mattress, and it was a pleasant and easy experience. The staff was knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of information regarding the various brands and options to make the right choice. This was completely opposite from my recent mattress shopping experiences, where I felt I was being pressured by pushy salespeople to buy the most expensive mattress in the store. I would definitely recommend shopping at National Mattress both for the service and the prices.”

“We entered a warehouse with lots of selection, and were immediately greeted by a friendly staff person who was very knowledgeable. He let us have our space to browse but was available when we had question. The delivery options were great too.”

“I went into the store about 3 Minutes before closing (thought it was open an hour later than it was) and the salesperson was extremely helpful and got me what I needed and out the door in just a couple of minutes with a smile on his face joking with me. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I don't need items from a mattress store often but when I do I will always return here.”

“I had a great experience purchasing my mattress. The customer service was excellent — the consultant was very knowledgeable, patient, and helped me choose the perfect option. I really appreciate that the store offers a 100-night trial period, which gives peace of mind and the possibility to exchange the mattress if it doesn’t suit you. I tried different models in the showroom and was impressed with the comfort and quality. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress!”
