“The Markham store was excellent. We appreciated the no hard sell approach from the sales staff. We were very pleased on how speedy the delivery was. We did encounter some issues at the time of delivery, the customer service team was helpful in finding a solution. Love the mattress we purchased.”

“Amazing prices that you won't find anywhere else! My delivery came the very next day which I wasn't expecting at all. Most online retailers take about a week to deliver. I've had great post purchase support also from their contact centre for the questions I had. Overall, highly recommend purchasing your mattress from here.”

“The National Mattress website is very customer friendly, with plenty of useful information and the online shopping experience was seamless. The delivery process was good, especially so the providing of a narrower “delivery time window” of about two hours, as well as a courtesy phone call to advise the delivery truck is on the way. The delivery staff, however, could be better trained to show a customer-oriented pleasant demeanor, instead of seemingly distant and indifferent aloofness. The purchased product is very good and arrived properly packaged, in a sturdy plastic clear bag, which was easy to remove. All in all, I would rate my National Mattress experience as 4.5 stars out of 5. (your rating scale above does not provide an option for 4.5 out of 5, I had to click 5 stars)”

“Pavan isn't just an employee.. he is a truly knowledgeable associate! My boyfriend and I had no idea where to go or what to look for when entering the store, but Pavan was quick to direct us to certain areas based off of our preferences. He was so thorough in his explanation of the different mattresses and features of them all - as well never made us feel bothersome for all the questions we may have bombarded him with throughout. We left from our visit feeling quite confident we'd found our mattress and when we came back to purchase, Pavan was again working and remembered us. That's always a nice touch on customer service and the retail experience! Pricing... I don’t know where it can be beat and I don’t care to know. All in all, our experience here has been extraordinary and we know where we'll purchase our next mattress when needed :)”
