“Mattress is exactly what I wanted at a very, very good price! In-store staff were helpful and friendly and made this an easy purchase. Delivery was on-time with a good tracking system and communication. Highly recommend!”

“We have now ordered from National Mattress twice now, for a total of 4 mattresses and I am a happy customer. I messed up on both my orders and the customer service was excellent in helping me. The delivery was fast and on time. I love the all Canadian manufacturing and the prices are very competitive. Will be my first go too for any purchases in the future.”

“I visited the store at 1655 Dundas St E in Mississauga. The representative working there was extremely helpful and took the time to walk me through the store so I could see all my options. They have a wide selection of mattresses and bed frames on display, as well as many items available in stock. I was able to find both the mattress and the bed frame I liked directly in the store. I cannot comment much on pricing since I did not compare extensively, but I was satisfied with the price, especially compared to most of the options I saw online. The mattress quality also seems good. It is too early to judge long term comfort, but it feels comfortable and supportive so far. Based on my recent experience, I would definitely recommend National Mattress and would consider buying from them again in the future.”

“Purchased a mattress from them. It’s been a very smooth experience with no hassle and very fast too. I did not even have to call to confirm or find out when the mattress would be delivered as everything was texted to me on time accurately. “I have been buying our mattresses from National Mattress for years now. They have a great selection with great prices on quality mattresses. This time, I knew which one I wanted so I ordered online! It was quick and easy. Delivery was free and fast! They even arrived at the exact time they said they would! Always a great experience!”

“I would like to share my concern regarding my recent purchase. While I am satisfied with the mattress and box spring, I experienced a lot of miscommunication throughout the conversation with the staff, which led to purchasing an additional item under incorrect information. I was advised that the bed cover I purchased was completely waterproof. However, when I went to pick it up, I noticed it was only waterproof on one side. When I raised this concern, I was still assured it would fully protect the mattress. Yesterday, when I actually used the bed cover, I realized it is just a normal elastic-side cover and not the zippered, fully waterproof cover that was shown to me during the purchase. This experience feels like misleading marketing, as the product demonstrated and described to me was different from what I received. I feel I was given incorrect information to influence my purchase decision, which is disappointing and not what I expected.”

“Upgrading our daughters bed from a twin to a double. Prices were competitive while also providing quality name brands. Delivery process was quick, clear communication a day ahead on delivery windows, and everything was brought in and signed off very quickly. Great convenient option with good prices and service. Delivery was scheduled over the holidays so picked a date after we were hosting or visiting, but options within the next day were available if we had wanted that.”
