“The help was amazing in store and when dropping off the mattress. I also had to exchange and it was easy . I ordered at around 8 in the night and it came the next morning. Refund was super easy and I also got a free pillow .”

“It took me like 5 days to make the purchase I wanted to due to a website error, definitely not getting picked to win my purchase lol. I ended up calling between multiple stores looking for a solution, since despite shipping to my province the mattress wasn't set up in their website backend as a nationwide ship even though it came up under my postal code and allowed me to put in all the transaction info. I think in the end one of the store reps I talked to got someone in management to make an exception for it so I could finally purchase after refreshing the page and retrying a bunch days later. There was genuine effort to help from some of the store employees, though one store when I asked if I could talk to a supervisor at the start of the call in hopes of solving my issue quickly after several days of no progress denied my request even after explaining the situation.”

“Saw good reviews online, went to the store, found something I liked and within my budget. Made the purchase. Picked it up on the spot, everything was good when unwrapped, and still going well 2 weeks in. Happy Customer. Staff was also nice and helpful at the Steeles location I went to. Not too pushy, let us be - I appreciated that.”

“It's been a week now that I got my Medium Firm Euro Top mattress from National Matterss. They are exactly what they advertise low cost no frills and a good selection of Mattresses to choose from to meet your needs. Efficient customer service and delivery. Once again amazing price for the quality sleeping much much better”
