“I felt very comfortable shopping here as there was no pressure. Some stores the salesperson follows you around and you feel like just walking out. The person that took care of me was very knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed. Even after the sale was finalized he walked me out and made sure I was safely down the steps. I will definitely recommend.”

“The quality of the mattress is absolutely excellent—no complaints at all, and it fully met my expectations. As for the delivery, if you’re not someone who works from home, you might need to reserve an entire day to stay in, just to make sure you don’t miss it and to keep an eye on the delivery time window. Although there were some issues with the delivery, I still appreciate the assistance provided by the customer service staff.”

“My [first] experience with National Mattress was a good one. They were helpful and patient while I tried out different mattresses. They thoroughly explained the delivery and return options. I picked up my bedframe in the store, and that went smoothly. My mattress and box spring support were delivered today by a couple of professional and nice guys. It was a good overall experience. n.b. the delivery was 7 days from my purchase, but that's because I requested that date.”

“I had a good experience when I went in person and bought a great mattress (NM medium firm memory foam 12”), the guy who helped was so nice. But my experience online was horrible because they cancelled my order 3 times because the delivery address was different from the payment address, what if am sending it as a gift? Why would I be on the scam list?that was so frustrating and wasted a lot of time .”

“Service is quick but their delivery policies are not gr8. They won't deliver to your apartment door unlike their competitors unless you pay and you are left to figure out the rest.”

“The ease of the purchase was exceptional as was the quick delivery. I was pleasantly surprised at the delivery updates and phone call I got when they were 10 minutes away. They ensured I took a good look at the mattress to make sure I was satisfied. Overall a great experience.”

“Tried out the mattresses at the Steeles Ave. location. Then went home and after deciding to purchase one my husband had tried, we purchased it on line. As my husband had back surgery, it was very important to get a mattress that was comfortable for him. We also then proceeded to order the adjustable base for the bed as well. I compared the price for the same bed elsewhere, and was surprised it was actually $300 cheaper than other stores prices. The delivery persons were very polite and even offered to drop it off in the front door. As we are seniors, it was much appreciated! Would definately recommend to anyone looking for a mattress.”
