“I was able to get a really good mattress for a great price. I wanted a firm mattress and this is the perfect balance of comfort and firmness. I don't sink itno the mattress and my back doesn't hurst as bad anymore. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I had a terrible experience with National Mattress. I placed an online order with 3 items that include a mattress. I needed the items urgently and wanted to make sure it will arrive the next day. I called their hotline, the person who answered my call told me that the mattress is sold out as someone else already bought it online before I did. I told him that was their fault not updating their website, I already paid for the whole order online! I asked to speak to a manager who also confirmed the mattress has been sold out and there is no other way around except canceling the order and refunding me the total amount within 2-5 business days. Inconvenient, but I had no other choice. I agreed. The next day, I received a call from the courier saying he is 20 minutes away! Turns out the manager and the agent had no idea what they were saying and were both lying about the fact that it was sold out because it was IN STOCK!! I was not home because I had no idea they were coming since the manager confirmed the order will be canceled! I asked the courier to wait for me, he said no. I asked him to come back later when he's done delivering all the order, he said no. He hung up and marked the order as delivered!! I called their hotline again and they gave me the option to go to the store and get my items in person or deliver it the next day which was not an option for me because I would have slept on the floor. I did eventually go to the store only to find out that the mattress cannot be rolled so I can't take it in the car. I had to replace it with another mattress that can be rolled and had to wait for over 3 hours for this mattress to arrive from another branch! On the bright side, the person who was helping me in the store was very helpful and understanding, he also gave me a discount and refunded me the delivery fees. The mattress, pillows, and bed sheets are good as well. Overall, the whole experience was a disaster, I won't ever be going back to purchase anything from them and will not recommend them to anyone.”

“Second time buying a matress from National Mattress - happy with them. Went to the Markham store to look at matresses and we were happy we did as we changed out minds from what we originally set on after sitting on a few different models. Great customer service as far as delivery, real time updates and a call 10 minutes before delivery. Highly recommend.”
