“This was our first visit, and rigt away we were asked if we needeed assistance. He was able to take his time and show us what we were looking for, and we took our time with it. Once we purchased we were offred 30 per cent of any other items, which was great (i didint take advantage) however, the really have alot of selection and the matterss we went with is awesome. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking. Prices are pretty reasonable. Very happy with service and mattress.”

“Excellent experience from beginning to end. Terri was very knowledgeable in helping us find the right mattress for our needs and the delivery men were also excellent and very curtious. What keeps me coming back is simple: consistently fast, friendly service from both the sales staff and delivery drivers. This time, their website made the experience even smoother. I was able to browse and compare mattresses ahead of time, so when I arrived at the store, I knew exactly what I wanted. “The staff at National Mattress were absolutely phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses. I went in still debating whether to go with a memory foam option or not, and they walked me through the pros and cons of each type without any pressure to make a decision on the spot. I truly appreciated how they took the time to answer all my questions and let me try multiple options until I found the one that suited my comfort and budget perfectly. The entire delivery process was seamless and right on schedule, making the experience from start to finish stress-free. “We are very pleased with our mattress. We purchased this mattress in last week of August 2025 and have been happy with it ever since. The firmness is as described, the cool touch surface and additional cover is great. My husband is a back sleeper with back issues and he is enjoying it as well. We would purchase again and we happily recommend.”
