“The staff we're amazing and very helpful as it was my first time there. Prices are awesome They have the best prices that i've seen anywhere and a lot of different choices in mattresses . The delivery drivers we're very polite on time and respectful of property. I definitely would recommend you guys 💯%”

“We had a easy and very helpful no pressure visit to your location on Woodbine Ave in Markham where we purchased our new mattress and found prices which were reasonable and better than other retailers. Thank you National Mattress for the pleasant experience.”

“recently visited National Mattress Outlet in Markham and was incredibly impressed with the service. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The sales rep, Jevon, was helpful and very accommodating. The store has wide selection of mattresses and had options to fit my budget. And the best thing is that they have free delivery no matter how far you live from their store. Highly recommended.”

“I went to the Kitchener location and Shivam provided us with amazing customer service. He answered all of our questions and purchased a Sealy King mattress. Delivered in 2 days and on even on Sunday!”

“The experience of purchasing and receiving customer service was wonderful. The staff at the warehouse were not pushy and allowed us to take our time checking out different mattresses in the showroom. They periodically checked in to see if we had any questions or needed assistance. The delivery was fast, arriving the next day, and they texted us their schedule. The driver called to advise before showing up. Although there was an issue with my order, the customer service staff was very patient and polite in assisting with the exchange. The exchange was smooth and professional; the driver even helped to hold the mattress for me during the delivery inspection. I love their service and highly recommend their Markham store. Of course, the most important part was that we were able to find the perfect mattress we needed and are enjoying every night of good sleep. Thank you, NM team.”

“Excellent customer service from Suraj South Mississauga location. I went to the other Mississauga location first but the customer service was very poor. I liked the product so I contacted the South Mississauga location and got excellent customer service from Suraj. He is very passionate about his job and because of him I went through with the purchase of the Mattress. The delivery process went well too! Very happy with the Mattress but more importantly the Customer Service provided prior to my purchase was excellent! I would highly recommend the South Mississauga location if you need a Mattress!”

“The staff were very helpful. It would be great if the plastics on the mattress are cleaned or maybe have sheets on the mattress that can be changed when dirty. Otherwise the warehouse experience is great.”
