“Shivam at the Kitchener store was great with my Mom's mattress purchase. He was knowledgeable, friendly and showed us the perfect perfect mattress and platform for her. Thanks Shivam. The store has so many mattresses to try and is clean. The delivery guys were great, too. I definitely recommend !”

“National Mattress was fantastic I ordered a mattress and 2 days later decided I wanted a different one I just emailed them and honestly it was a matter of 45 min I was gettingy new mattress. The refund was in my bank in 2 days. They are very professional and you won't find a mattress for a better price with fantastic quality.”

“We heard about the NM from a friend while looking for a high-quality mattress. We went to the store in Markham for the first time. Easy to find and navigate a place. Helpful and nice staff. They answered all the questions. Did not know mattresses were made in Canada, so I am much happier to purchase one. Delivery happened as expected. Really good experience, Kudos to the team.”

“I have purchased 3 mattresses from National Mattress in-store at the North York branch. I am happy with the value, customer service in-store (North York branch), and convenience of ordering with them (free shipping, delivery to front door service, exchange policy). I have exchanged one of my mattresses once as I wanted to change the firmness level and had a smooth experience. I am scheduled to receive 2 of the other mattresses in a few weeks and am confident the experience will be good again.”

“Excellent service from start to finish at National Mattress Outlet. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and never pressured us while we compared options. “My order from national mattress was "CHIROFOAM™ XF 12" Extra-Firm Hybrid Mattress - Queen". Its absolutely amazing. Comfortable sleep, delivery on time. Easy process. I would definitely recommend National Mattress to everyone.”

“We shopped at National Mattress for a new mattress for our teenage son. There was a great selection of options, competitive pricing, and helpful, no‑nonsense staff. Arnold, the store associate, gave us a brief but informative overview of their products and the layout of the showroom (they have a very efficient system, btw), which helped us quickly find what we needed and within our budget. It was a very different experience compared to regular furniture and mattress stores, where you are constantly followed by annoying associates who will not let you shop in peace. They also offered free delivery, and the mattress arrived on the exact day we selected and within the exact time window they communicated to us. The delivery person even called ahead, which was appreciated. Great job, National Mattress.”

“We purchased a mattress at National and had the best experience. Arnold help us with the selction, he was very good and the most that we liked is rhat he wasn’t pushy. He gave us the time to look, try and he xplained us each mattress characteristics. Really a great experience at National.”
