“Mattress arrived early. Opened it and let it air out for 24 hours when it reached it's maximum height. It was firmer than I thought, but perfect. So far, every night has been bliss.”

“Great store with a huge selection of products to choose from—everything you need in one place. The quality of the mattresses is unbelievable, especially for the prices they offer. You won’t find deals like this anywhere else. I also really appreciated the extra discounts on bedding essentials like pillows, mattress protectors, and sheets. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience!”

“The customer service on the phone was excellent. The person I spoke with went above and beyond to help me decide on the correct box spring. Then the delivery was super fast thank goodness and they were so accommodating when I wasn't able to be there for the delivery and they were able to put it on my sun porch while my little dog barked like crazy. They were so kind about the whole situation and I would recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a mattress or box spring or both.”

“I had a great experience with my mattress purchase. The sales staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful — offering thoughtful recommendations without being pushy. One of the mattresses had increased in price by $150 since my visit two days earlier, but because I had a photo showing the original price, they honored it without hesitation. Delivery was prompt and right on schedule the very next day. For a reasonable $35 fee, the team brought the mattresses directly to the room — something I wouldn’t have been able to manage on my own. Overall, a smooth and professional experience with excellent service throughout.”
