“We dealt with Suraj and Pavin at the Mississauga store. They took the time to show us all options and were very knowledgeable. Although the mattress we chose was back ordered, they were pleasant to interact with. We look forward to purchasing our next mattress there. To note, the phone line at times was sent to the Hamilton store and Wayne was an unpleasant person to interact with. If that was the representative, we would likely not have purchased a mattress from this store. Service matters and we are thankful for Suraj and Pavin’s patience and respectfulness.”

“The salesperson who helped me understood that I didn't want to make the buying of a mattress an ongoing event. I explained what I preferred, he led me to a few options and I bought one of them. Delivery was quick, however, I disagree with the necessity to charge to put the mattress in the appropriate room. I am 80, and although I may be fit, a person half my age would have difficulty navigating a queen size mattress through their home.”

“I've tried many mattresses from different sites claiming their mattresses are extra firm, which ultimately turned out to be slightly less soft. I was in search of a extra firm mattress and I'm pleased to say that my search has ended. The extra firm mattress from National mattress is actually firm and provides amazing support. Definitely recommend for people with back pain.”

“Best service I have ever received. They were really nice delivery guys an very helpful. They setup my boxspring and mattress. The price for above was roughly 690 as compared to Amazon for nearly 1200 and NATIONAL Mattress advertise correctly and honestly but Amazon does not advertise honestly .”

“I had a great experience at the store thanks to the excellent service provided by the staff. They were quick to offer professional advice when I expressed interest in a mattress that was out of stock. Instead of leaving me disappointed, the staff promptly presented three to four alternative options. This made it easy for me to make a decision quickly. Overall, I was impressed with the attentive and knowledgeable service!”

“Big warehouse with huge selection of quality mattresses! Staff are knowledgable and helpful with questions and concerns. I like that they don't follow you around and lets you decide on your own time. I had a great experience buying my King mattress here!”

“I bought a Beautyrest Eston mattress from National Mattress. I like it. It's not too firm, but not too soft either—the perfect combination of feel and comfort. I am 5 feet 6 inches man, and weight of 85 kg. I hope this firmness will last several years.”

“Everything arrived in great time (shipping to Northern Canada) and in good order! Speaking of orders, I had accidentally navigated away from my order page when compiling my purchases and was having computer difficulties trying to recreate it. I closed the page down thinking I would try again later but then promptly received an email from National Mattress stating they had saved my order and I was able to quickly return to the order page and complete it! National Mattress is a national treasure at a time when it's so important to buy Canadian! Highly recommended!”
