“The staff at Kitchener National Mattress were very helpful, as well as others I spoke with over the phone at other locations. I went in to compare a few beds I saw online, and the staff were able to guide me to the appropriate beds and helped me compare them. The staff gave me helpful information in order to decide. They also let me know about the coupons I could use. When I called in because I had more questions, all staff were very helpful. Thank you, National Mattress!”

“We love National mattress. I prefer an extra firm mattress. After searching 4 other stores, only national mattress had an extra firm at an affordable price. This is our second time shopping here, this time for our kids. And we didn't even have to come to test them. This is how much we trust national mattress.”

“I drove down from Orangeville to Mississauga to pick up my boxspring, and was very disappointed when I got home and unwrapped it. There is damage to the one corner exposing the wood, the black fabric on the bottom all the way around isn’t even attached. Most of the staples just went through and it’s flapping, hanging on by a couple staples, one of the pieces of wood inside is broken, and one of the plastic corner pieces is broken as well. I don’t know whether you can bring me a new one free of charge (ideally before Wednesday as I'm moving and need a boxspring by then), or just refund this one and I’ll go elsewhere. My mind is blown at the quality of this boxspring.”
