“custormer service is perfect, delivery fast but Matress quality not the same with the model on floor, I order medium firm but the mastress i got is too firm i want to exchange to softer one but proccess is complicate”

“I purchased a mattress recently and it wasn't what I expected. National Mattress was great. I went to one of their showrooms, chose ala new mattress and they are delivering it tomorrow and taking the other one.”

“Hardik was very friendly and helpful. This place has a lot of mattresses to choice from so if you can’t find one you like then there is a problem. All mattresses are Canadian made which I liked too. I highly recommend checking this place out when buying mattresses. Thank you Hardik!”

“Everybody at national mattress was absolutely incredible kind gracious, and the prices were the best I’ve seen in all of Canada. I’m super happy getting to work with them and they were so efficient. A colleague recommended them to us and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who might need a new mattress!!! Thank you !!!”

“We are new to Hamilton and needed a mattress for our new place. Wasn't sure where to go, but National Mattress was close by. We were warmly welcomed at the door and asked what our needs were. We were shown to the appropriate section and while I checked out the mattresses, my husband and the employee engaged in conversation. Once our choice was made, check-out was easy and the mattress was loaded into our van. Couldn't have been easier! We would highly recommend National Mattress of Hamilton!”

“Amazing selection, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. You don’t buy mattresses often, so I had no idea where to start or what pricing is like now. The gentleman who helped us, I couldn’t say enough kind things. Definitely recommend.”

“Very good communication updating me on my order progress. Mattresses and covers arrived on time and in good condition. Due to the snow storm they informed me they of delivery changes on the day before and delivered the following day. Overall very happy and would recommend to others”
