“The guys that delivered were great except the took the original packaging. Mattress is a lot firmer than in the store. I am assuming it’s because it has been well used in the store. I’ll see how it goes.”

“The box spring came to our door fairly quickly and they called me twice to ensure it was left in the right location as we weren't home at time of delivery. I was very impressed with this as many times our packages end up at somebody else's doorstep. It came in good shape and provides our mattress with the support it was missing. Thank you!”

“Purchased a NM double extra firm mattress. When we tested them at the warehouse, it felt very comfortable to sleep on. However, when we received the mattress, it felt like sleeping on cement. It’s super extra firm. I can only guess that with thousands of people trying the mattresses at the warehouse, it gets worn down or used up, so be aware of this.”

“My mattress was ordered on line and delivered in a timely manner. When removing from the truck my mattress was damaged. I was advised right away and told a replacement would follow. I received that one a few days latter. All good no complaints”
