“I had a good experience with National mattress 2 years ago, that's why I returned this year again. Quick delivery, various payment options, no issues. I have never had to return anything, but I read the return policy and if you unpack the mattress - you cannot return it, only exchange. And you have to unpack, because if it's defective - you need to notify them within 24 hours. I think this could be an area for improvement, if the company is looking to make customers happier 😉”

“I recently purchased a queen-size mattress, and I’m very happy with it! The comfort and support are excellent – not too soft and not too firm, just the right balance. It feels very sturdy and well-made, and I’ve been sleeping much better since I started using it. The size is perfect and fits my bed frame nicely. Overall, a great purchase and definitely worth recommending.”

“Eden (Mississauga) was great, very informative and helpful. The process was easier than we expected, no sales pressure. I would highly suggest researching your mattress first, go to other mattress stores so you can then compare prices. We saved a ton of money, the only issue was we didn't account for the mattress thickness that almost hides our sleigh bed headboard and footboard. They are making mattresses 14-15-16 inches high. Best prices and delivery is quick and accommodating too. We called to ask to change the delivery date, Greg (Hamilton) immediately changed it and sent followup email. I would gladly buy from them again and share this with friends. Better than Sleep Country and the Brick.”

“I recently purchased a mattress from National Mattress and had a fantastic experience! The store had a great selection and competitive prices. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the options. I highly recommend visiting the store in person, as I ended up choosing a different mattress than the one I initially identified online. Actually lying down on the mattresses made all the difference! Although the mattress I selected was initially out of stock, I received a call letting me know it would be delivered today, a week ahead of expectations. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience!”

“From the moment we entered the store there was no pressure and were guided in the right direction since the store has a lot of different selections to choose from and well known names. Prices are amazing and quick next day delivery.”

“Easy to place my order. Easy to pick up. My purchase was ready and waiting. I wasn’t able to be home all day to wait for the delivery so chose to pick up my purchase myself. The staff made everything go smoothly!”

“Just made our 3rd purchase from National Mattress in the last 2 years and we are always amazed how quick and easy it. We walk in, say what we need and are out of there so fast. Prices are also way lower than anywhere else in Hamilton. Will be back for sure :)”

“I was looking for a double bed mattress and a wood frame. I was searching in internet visited 4 places that showed a good deal for my budget, 2 of them were really nice, one was rude and the other with the only option to buy it online. So I was thinking to buy the mattress at National mattress I went to the place and tried what I saw on the web and because they have a lot of them I try a couple of them and choose one really comfortable also I saw a wood frame that match my budget, so the gave an amazing deal for both of them plus they delivered for free, by the day I was available to received, also the delivery was fast and the guys were really nice.”
