“I have just arrived to Canada a two weeks ago. I needed a decent queen mattress to have a good sleep after all day work. My budget was limited. I have been in a few places but I couldn't find a good mattress for a reasonable price. I was losing my hope but then I decided to go to the last store. It was National Mattress stor. I was amazed how many not expensive and very comfortable mattress I could chose from. The service was so nice and very professional. I have even bought a cover protection with I didn't want. Now I have a great sleep!!!”

“I had a very good experience at National Mattress Store. The staff were kind, patient, and respectful. They told me to take my time and try all the mattresses before deciding. Every time I asked questions, they answered politely and gave honest opinions. Even when I asked many times, they were still nice and never pressured me. The delivery was also fast and respectful. I’m very happy with their service. Thank you!”

“Web site was not functional. Robot said it was in $US US dollars . Price was $800 then increased to $856 when selecting detail. No estimate for delivery time to Calgary. Good thing is when I phoned support it was handled well and efficient. Need to fix web site bugs”

“Very freindly, helpful and knowledgable guys in the shop, they got us exactly what we needed and a price far less than other stores. Only negative would be that the delivery doesn't include taking the old mattress away”

“Matress is good, but the price game you guys play is complete scam. I buy product for $436 on December 1st and after 45 days on 16th Jan I saw online price goes down to $400 , trying to buy another if price matched for the previous purchase but the store representative when I called declined to do so. Then why there is post purchase protection and also why should I buy 2nd if you guys can't do price match for 1st. Not happy with this price game.”

“First point to note, the zeal that an employee shows in his/her job, is a direct result of how valuable they feel at their place of work. It is quite evident that management/business owner values their employees, hence why the level of customer service exuded towards my husband and I was so impressive. Being a Contact Centre Manager for over 15 years, I immediately recognised that National Mattress is creme de la creme. It starts from the head of the stream and trickled down to the employees. Not to remiss, let's talk about how clean the place is. The outlet was organised, the binders had all the relevant information to guide prospective customers, coupled with the assistance from the motivated and well spoken employees. All I can say is, Kudos to you all!”
