“My experience shopping at National Mattress was fantastic. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by sales rep Arnold. He was personable, helpful and professional. He asked what mattress type I was interested in. Once he had this info he proceeded to show me and my family how the store was laid out, where we could find firm mattresses and prices of mattresses from highest to lowest. After spending some time testing out mattresses, Arnold came back to assist and showed us different firmness levels. After we found the mattress we liked best, Arnold assisted with checkout and answered all questions we had, then proceeded to explain how the delivery process would work. We received our new mattress the next day! Delivery was seamless, the delivery team was quick and efficient. This was a great experience all around. We are very happy with our purchase as well as the service. I will be recommending National Mattress to family and friends.”

“My entire experience with National mattress was brilliant. When I visited the outlet in Markham, I was easily guided toward the kind of mattresses I wanted to view. I had up until that point spent quite a long time trying to figure out whether I could get a good extra firm mattress. Henry, guided me toward the area and gave me ample time and opportunity to go through the mattresses on offer. I would have spent easily half an hour trying out mattresses that fit my need. Once I had it narrowed down to the best choices, Henry took me through my options and what might work best. My partner and I have different sleep profiles and this mattress fit our needs perfectly. Billing and order confirmation were a breeze and Henry told exactly what to expect when the mattress would be delivered. I had a concern whether the mattress would fit through our stairs and Henry confirmed that was something that the delivery team would be able to guide me on. In the case that the mattress didn't fit, I can of course go with one of my back up choices which would come folded up. I was intimated of when my mattress was in stock and it came precisely within the timeline I was told. The delivery team scheduled the delivery for my chosen date. One day before delivery, the delivery team sent me a message giving me the approximate time. They arrived, were courteous and delivered the mattress with relative ease to my up stairs bedroom. All in all, a very pleasurable experience from start to finish.”

“I was a bit worried about making a new mattress purchase since I wasn’t sure what to consider, but had some ideas of budget and what I liked in mind. Eden was so knowledgeable about the various options and made me feel more comfortable in understanding what to look for in the showroom/warehouse. Although the mattress I purchased wasn’t ready for next day delivery, I’ve already mentioned NM to other people who were looking to buy their next mattress. Great deals and great service, now looking forward to delivery.”

“I recently purchased a box spring from National Mattress and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and to my surprise, the product was delivered the very next day. The delivery service exceeded my expectations. The driver called in advance to confirm the delivery time and was very accommodating when I asked if the box spring could be left on the porch since we were not at home. Everything was handled with care and professionalism, which made the process completely stress-free.”

“We had a great experience with national mattress. We ordered a boxspring and it was delivered the very next day. Excellent delivery service as well. He called to let me know he was on his way for the delivery. I asked if he could leave it on my porch as we were at work. He said I just had to text my request to leave it on the porch and I did so. Everything was easy and we would absolutely order from them again thank you so much.”
