“We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the sales staff introduced themselves right away. they gave us space to look around without any pressure, but were always available and happy to answer questions. The staff was knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. Delivery was timely, and everything went smoothly.”

“Excellent inventory, knowledgeable salespeople, great products and prices.. Delivery was supposed to be for after 2pm and they showed up around 10:30 when I wasn't at home and my son was sleeping.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress box and reached out immediately via email and phone, but received no response. I then went to the store in person and purchased the correct size. The staff assured me that if I paid for the new order, I would be refunded for the previous one. However, I have not received any refund confirmation or the actual refund to date. I’ve tried calling multiple times with no one answering, and my emails have gone unanswered as well. Extremely poor customer service — I feel ignored and let down.”

“Huge thanks to Pavan at National Mattress! He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He answered all my questions, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole process simple. Delivery is free, prices were great, and I couldn’t be happier with the mattress I ended up with. If you’re shopping here, definitely see Pavan—he really cares about his customers.”

“I wanted to give 5 stars but held back because: 1. They don't advertise enough, it was by a sheer in the heat-of-the-moment scenario that I googled "mattress stores" in Mississauga, that I was able to find this place - I am truly glad that I did! 2. The layout and accessibility of some of their goods in the back part of the store is very limited / confined - 2 people can't pass one another easily in the aisles. 3. The thick plastic covers on all of the mattresses take away from the full and proper feel of the comfort, stiffness, lumbar support and quality of said mattresses - Though I understand the intent is to keep the goods protected. That aside: 1. Sales members were great - truly professional, and courtesous and explained all of my questions and concerns. 2. No pushy, pressure based sales tactic that I saw with other mattresses stores - The sales team were not commissioned based and this made up for a better experience. 3. The prices was super competitive and of course cheaper. The accessories alone had down-to-earth prices compared to other places.”

“They made it easy to buy the mattress for my daughter, straight forward and not hassling, allowed us the time to look and make our choice and then very helpful once we had decided and called the other location to ensure our mattress was there and being held for us, a great experience and one I would recommend to any of my friends looking to buy a mattress.”

“I am so in love with my new mattress. It firm, and high just the way I like it. At first I was afraid the it might be to soft giving I am more on the heavier side, but the mattress holds up my weight without sinking. It remains firm and comfortable.”

“I had a good experience with National mattress 2 years ago, that's why I returned this year again. Quick delivery, various payment options, no issues. I have never had to return anything, but I read the return policy and if you unpack the mattress - you cannot return it, only exchange. And you have to unpack, because if it's defective - you need to notify them within 24 hours. I think this could be an area for improvement, if the company is looking to make customers happier 😉”
