“Customer service was fantastic. Delivery was next day. I was confident in my purchase and the sales associate was very knowledgeable. Will definitely return again to purchase another mattress in the near future”

“After thoroughly researching mattresses and mattress retailers for the best quality service support and of course price. I ultimately found there was no match for national mattress. I furthermore waited for sales like Black Friday to compare retailers, but found that their prices even sale prices were still higher and provided fewer services and mattress selection than national.”

“They delivered exactly as promised. I have been using it for three weeks, and it has been comfortable for me. The fabric quality could be slightly improved; however, considering the price, the product meets expectations and I have no complaints.”

“Everyone I encountered was excellent. The sales staff were well informed and worked to find me a mattress that would suit me best. The mattress was quickly delivered the next day by two lovely gentlmen that both greeted me with a smile. I would highly recommend this store.”

“Buying the mattress was a good experience however it is taking a while to come in. The mattress was supposed to be delivered but the delivery could not be completed because the dispatchers didn’t load the mattress into the truck. I don’t feel like they are mindful of our time and am disappointed.”

“My experience with National Mattress Hamilton (purchased 2 mattresses in rather last 2 yrs)has always been a positive one. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Next day delivery was another great experience as well. Got my delivery in the early part of my delivery window. Thanks again for doing an awesome job -I have and will continue to to recommend National to my friends and family!”
