“I purchased the matress late afternoon on a Saturday. The matress was delivered on Sunday 7pm. The whole process was very smooth and delivery was quick. The product came in as described and so far it feels comfortable.”

“Fantastic experience shopping. Came in and had a quick explanation from Arnold of the layout of the store so I could find what I was looking for easily. When we tried a few, Arnold came to see if we wanted any help and was able to guide us to the mattresses we were looking for. Purchase was quick and easy. Delivery was made next day and during the time the said they would come. The drivers also called to update me during their drive to me. Mattress was delivered in perfect condition and with care to my front door. Overall great purchase and great service from their team.”

“Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with National Mattress. On August 19, I bought a good king-size mattress for almost half the price since it was from the open-box category. In the store, we received warm and friendly service, and we were allowed to try out all the mattresses available. I was happy to purchase a quality product at a price only slightly higher than IKEA, yet significantly cheaper than other stores selling high-quality Canadian mattresses. We discussed the required delivery date and made it clear that we could only accept the mattress in the evening, as other times would not work for us. Naturally, on the delivery day at 8:30 in the morning, the driver called me to say he would be at my place in half an hour. To be fair, this alone was not a big problem — anyone can make a mistake. But what followed turned into an unpleasant situation. I told the driver that neither the time nor the address was correct, so he canceled the delivery and I started calling the office. And here’s the most interesting part: I was on hold for an hour, and no one ever picked up. I sent an email and only got a response a WEEK later. Service cannot work like this — it’s terrible. I had to go to the store in person, where we resolved the delivery issue in five minutes, and they offered us free pillows as a peace offering. In the store everything is great — the staff, the mattress selection, and the service. But the online service is awful; it simply doesn’t work. I’m giving 4 stars because I’m satisfied with the purchase, the price, and the in-store service. The online service alone would not even deserve 1 star”

“This is not the first time we have bought a mattress here. There are many choices and the prices are reasonable. The most important thing is that they have a ten-year warranty. It is very suitable for customers who demand quality.”

“Staff was very helpful. They asked what we were looking. Showed us couple of mattresses the let us try them at our own leisure. They don't pressure you to buy anything. One of the more please shopping experiences I've had.”
