“I had a great experience with Natural Mattress. Customer service - both on the phone and email - was exemplary. They really, truly did their best to help me find the best mattress for my situation. One small thing - they offer next day delivery. I ordered my mattress Monday evening and it wasn’t delivered till Thursday. Would’ve been great if it could’ve been sooner. But all in all, I’m very happy. The delivery guys were very courteous and helped set up the bed. And once again, the customer service was amazing. Thank you for the great mattress. I’m sleeping more soundly than ever!”

“There was a mix up in the order where I got a kind instead of Queen. However, the team was great fixing the issue. That's the reason behind 4 out of 5. PS: The mattress is great. No comments there.”

“Although support at the store was limited, we were able to try out the mattresses on our own. Eventually we ordered the mattress online after some research and the delivery was quick (next day). The mattress pricing is very reasonable and has the option to do financing which is great. 😊 looking to get another mattress there soon.”

“I recently visited National Mattress in Markham. This was the first store I went to, but I had done some research and I already had a good idea of what I was looking for. I was greeted at the door but then left to look around on my own without someone anxiously hovering over me. They were happy to answer all my questions without pressing me to make an immediate decision. After looking at similar mattresses at other stores, I ended up returning to National Mattress to make my purchase. Not only did they have the best prices, but I found all of the staff members to be very polite and helpful. Delivery was right on time, and the delivery people were equally professional. I highly recommend this store if you are in the market for a new mattress.”
