“Look no further to purchase mattresses and box springs than National Mattress! 2 large company purchases left us with having to haul 1 home that didn't fit our metal frame and another "assembly required" product that was missing pieces. Argh. My online purchase from National Mattress was super easy and it was delivered the next day. It was the best price and they had "live tracking" so I knew exactly when it would arrive at my door. Thank you very much!”

“Helpful on the phone. Helpful in person. Lots of selection. Quick transaction. The salesperson even carried the mattress to our truck. We haven't tried out the mattress yet, but the actual sale and availability of the product was great. We would love to be the winner! Thanks!”

“National Mattress was the BEST place to buy a mattress! Never in my life have I had a new mattress so I had no idea where to start. I had looked at some at other big name box stores but the prices had me terrified to purchase! I stumbled across national mattress online and thank goodness I did! National mattress had so much selection and plenty of stock, even of larger mattress brands that would be thousands of dollars at other stores. I had looked online with their website at some options and was able to visit one of their many stores in my area to test them out first hand. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful there. They made sure I found the right mattress at the right price. I ended up putting my order in online and check out was so easy I could have done it with my eyes closed. My mattress arrived within just a few days. I was able to pick a date and time for delivery that worked for me and the delivery company was also super helpful in the process and made sure it was delivered to my liking. When I finally got home from work and ready to test it out I was shocked. My mattress was PERFECT! It had been wrapped so it was in pristine condition, no weird smells, not even a speck of dust. The mattress was so extremely comfortable I have never slept better in my life and the best part is that I only paid $600 instead of over $2000 the big box store competitors wanted for the same one. They even offered to take away my old mattress for me! I am absolutely thrilled with National Mattress and will be using them for all of my mattress needs for the rest of my life!”

“Terrible customer experience. The delivery driver backed his truck into my truck causing damage. I have been trying to get in contact with some at national mattress via call and email for 5 days and have not heard back. Terrible experience would not recommend”
