“I had a great experience at National Mattress. The customer service was excellent, and the store offers a wide variety of brands with very competitive prices. We felt very comfortable trying out different mattresses without any pressure, and we ended up purchasing one. It hasn’t been delivered yet, so I can’t comment on the delivery process, but so far, I highly recommend National Mattress. I’ll definitely come back when I need to buy again.”

“This is probably one of the best furniture shopping experience for me and my husband. Because of the business model, the staff at national matters do not rely on commission for their income. Arnold and Logan just came by as they see us needing help with introducing various brands, style, and material. That was exactly what we preferred and needed for our experience. The warehouse was big, with loads of shop floor samples to try out without pressure. In fact, Arnold came by and gave us pillows to try with the mattress! We bought both mattress and pillows at National Mattress. Upon paying we found even more awesomeness - 100 days guaranteed satisfaction WITH free at resident exchange and delivery! What more can we ask for? WAIT, there is. I needed to push out delivery time and the logistics staff knew exactly what they were doing vehicle I couldn’t push out my delivery because their routes are set, the staff gave me a more precise time window. And confirm they can accommodate with a garage drop off. We for certain had been and will continue to be promoting this awesome local business.”

“The Markham store was excellent. We appreciated the no hard sell approach from the sales staff. We were very pleased on how speedy the delivery was. We did encounter some issues at the time of delivery, the customer service team was helpful in finding a solution. Love the mattress we purchased.”
