“Great service, the guy at front desk was friendly. They asked us about our preference and showed us the mattresses that we were looking for. One thing I really like about the staff is they don’t rush you, I mean they let you take your time and think before you make any decision. So there is always a satisfying experience. If someone wants to buy mattresses or other accessories, visit National mattresses for sure, you wonton be disappointed.”

“I have yet to unpack my mattresses but I have to say the CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE over three phonecalls and my visit to the store for pick up was EXCEEDING all expectations....friendly in general, knowledgeable about the product line, not rushing to get off the call, even doing a search online to assist with directions to the store without my asking and had my order ready near the door when I arrived:)”

“Excellent experience. The store ( Steeles Ave) has lots of mattresses to choose from. Best of all, you can try them out in a sanitary fashion and take all the time you need. After comparing prices with Costco, Sleep Country, and other retailers, it was obivious that the prices at National Matress were "by far" the best. They are able to suit any budget. Big shout out to Peter for his help. No pressure tactics. No annoying B.S. to get you to buy the more expensive mattresses. No one standing over you or following you around. You can take all the time you need. without a Sales person on your case. Mattress buying can be overwhelming given all the options. It can also be an expensive purchase so you what to get it right. Peter took the time to explain the various mattress options and differences to ensure we made the right choice. Yesterday our mattress was delivered. It was on time, and in perfect condition. This company is the real deal. 10 out of 10!”

“They have all sizes in stock. All levels of firmness. Plus everything you need for accessories as well. Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors etc. etc. Something for all budgets. I am a repeat customer and will definateley come back again.”

“When we went to select the mattress we were blown away at the selection and how the mattresses have been sorted. The employees are very nice and welcoming and we're knowledgeable in how to select the best mattress for myself. “Went in to check prices and stock. Needed a mattress in a hurry. The salesman was very professional, honest and helpful. All prices are visible and very reasonable. I got the mattress I needed and left with my purchase in very good time. Will definitely be back for my next mattress purchase in the spring. Thank you for making the visit a pleasurable one. Joe.”

“The five stars are based on the website how user-friendly it is and how great of an experience it was to shop through the website. I haven’t received the mattress yet. Hopefully it will be a great fit but so far I’m very satisfied by how great the website was and how detailed the information was displayed. It helped me a better understand how mattresses work. I was also able to compare different mattresses together, which a lot of other websites do not offer. Thank you for this experience and hopefully the mattress is great as well.”
