“I needed a mattress urgently, and they delivered it the very next day after I placed the order. Out of the two mattresses I purchased, one had an issue, but they exchanged it for a brand new one the following day. Their quick customer service was very impressive. I checked the firmness at the store before purchasing, and I’m very satisfied. The top layer is soft, so the mattress doesn’t feel too firm and is very comfortable to sleep on.”

“Prices and selection were good. In store service was very helpful, understanding of my needs and not pushy. Slight lack of communication regarding a change in delivery date caused some inconvenience but everything worked out in the end. Appreciated the availability of quick delivery turnaround compared to other establishments.”

“Found this excellent Canadian product online at National Mattress. Ordered online for an unbelievable price and they delivered within 48 hours. The mattress is so comfortable. I ordered firm but there are so many alternatives. They delivered as promised and I was so impressed. Absolutely excellent customer service. I highly recommend.”

“We just bought our new mattress from National Mattress and it’s been great so far. The employees were very helpful specially Henry who helped us choose our mattress. They also price matched 1 hour after the purchase when we found a better price on the same mattress. Definitely recommend:)”

“We bought a mattress from their Mississauga location about 3 years ago, which came with a 10-year warranty. Recently, we started having some issues with it. I contacted their team and sent a few pictures, and to my surprise, they handled everything so efficiently. The process was seamless and very quick — they refunded/exchanged the mattress without any hassle. Truly impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend!”

“This was my second purchase from National Mattress, and the price was very budget friendly. The website was so easy to navigate, and you could compare and also choose your desired specifications. “Was in the market for a king size bed went to a lot of competitors, and the prices were extremely unrealistic. When I passed through national mattress, I was greeted by one of the employees who answered my questions and gave me a quick tour of the warehouse. My girlfriend and I checked out a few of the mattresses they had and found one that we desired. The item was available and shipped to my house the next day. It was definitely a smooth experience.”
