“It was easy to choose National Mattress when shopping for a new mattress as they have a wide range of selection at a great price. While most of the other places sell similar products at a higher prices, their prices are very reasonable and having physical stores was a good thing. I chose a mattress online but wanted to visit the store and feel that mattress before purchasing. Also, I could schedule the delivery to my preferred delivery date and the delivery came on time as expected.”

“I purchased a mattress from National Mattress last week with my wife, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Delivery was quick and hassle-free, which we really appreciated. In-store, the two sales reps, Logan and Arnold, were outstanding. They struck the perfect balance of being available and helpful without following us around or pressuring us. Instead, they provided only clear, factual information, which made it easy for us to make the right choice. Overall, the service was professional, the staff respectful, and the process smooth. “We had been looking at another company when my husband found National Mattress. When I visited the store, I was met with Javon, a salesperson. Apart from guiding me through the options for a 10 inch mattress, the communications were both excellent and informing. He is a very enaging young person who treated me with deference and the entire transaction was excellent. Even more so, when I emailed him back from the store's confirmation email to change the delivery date to one closer. He responded with "I can do that". Wonderful. All set for Sepember 9th delivery. “Amazing mattress store with carefully laid out mattresses categorized by types which made the whole experience efficient and a pleasure to go through. They provided insight where needed and was able to help us narrow down our final selection. Next day delivery was also very prompt and tracking was straightforward.”
