“I came in to buy a bed frame, box spring and mattress for a reasonable price for my spare room. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and we did up the purchase immediately and he arranged for delivery too. I was so pleased with the service and that he didn't try to push something more expensive on me. Great job and I will come back if I ever need another mattress! Thanks. Ruth”

“What does a buyer require? My purchase with National Mattress provided a good description of the products. They truned out to be fine products of quality and the price is fair. Purchaseing was easy. Delivery was set up prompty and with no difficulty. Changes to my delivery required more services which were easily delt with by the costomer service. Again, price was fair. Delivery people notified me inadvance and delivery was done in a timely fashion. They were terrific and friendly. Assemlby and delivery and removeal all done with no fuss and quickly. I have nothing but praise for the whole episode. Thank you.”

“Originally ordered a mattress that wasn't quite what we wanted after we had unwrapped it. Ordered an exchange and the process was so smooth. Replacement mattress that we ended up getting is perfect. Customer service was top notch.”

“Recently purchased a twin organic mattress. Such a fantastic process and mattress! Within 2 days it was conveniently delivered to my front door and set up was complete within 5 minutes. Had the best sleep I’ve had in years and love the firmness. Best he’d I’ve ever had!”

“Never provided my refund. It has been nearly 2 weeks since the original mattress was returned. I have followed up multiple times and feel like at this point I’ve just been scammed into buying 2 mattresses. I am now out $2700 for a mattress I returned. This is unacceptable.”

“I was in need of a box spring very bad. The guy that helped me I believe was Yaman. Amazing guy helped me out so much I was so unsure. He made everything clear as day for me and my delivery came the very next morning. Fast and efficient. Thanks again. I will be back!!!”

“This is one of the best organic 100% natural mattresses out there for a great price. No chemical off gassing, just a little packaging smell ,which is an important factor if you own animals, and I have parrots. I purchased the firm queen 10inch being a very heavy mattress but keep in mind it is pure 100% from a rubber tree, which makes it heavy,and it will last for probably many many more years than a gel foam mattress with no indentations like I have experienced with mattresses that were not organic 100% pure natural since 2005.”
