“The person I dealt with was extremely friendly and efficient. Very impressive. However, I found the claim that next day delivery was possible was misleading when in fact, delivery was available only Tuesdays and Thursdays. And the location of the store was awful: it took over 3 hours to get there and back from Pape and Danforth.”

“great service overall, easy process online + delivery. I went in store in Hamilton and didn't have a great experience. Ended up leaving and ordering online. Had a great phone call with an employee at mississauga north store, very knowledgable”

“The mattress arrived in good shape, prices competitive. The only improvement I would recommend would be to provide tracking number and delivery scheduled date earlier in the process, we’ve only received first update and the tracking number 25 minutes before the delivery team showed up in our house. This was a bit short notice 😀 thank you”

“Prices were great. The employee was efficient and seemed to know the store, merchandise and policy inside and out. The employee was helpful without being pushy and we were given space and time to test out the mattresses at our own pace. Cheers!”

“My good friend recommended National Mattress to me. I was obviously skeptical at first because I have never heard of this retailer before. But my friend is a very savvy and picky consumer. He researches everything before making a decision. So I gave it a go because National Mattress has an excellent selection of boxsprings and bunkie boards. I love bunkie boards and nobody carries them. I ended up ordering a Queen and King Split bunkie boards plus a Serta Foam Queen mattress for a fantastic price. Okay, now onto to the delivery which once again I am skeptical. But I was blown away by how efficient and precise their delivery system is. There are constant and up to date reminders regarding status etc. And on the day of the delivery, the driver even called me to tell me he is on his way and you are provided with live GPS tracking of the delivery truck. It is like using Uber of Lyft and knowing when your driver is arriving. This is a game changer. I really like it. The products were deliverred and set up in my house with care and I am a happy customer. A++ experience here all the way from start to finish.”

“The website is easy to use and practical. I've been on all mattress companies. yours is the best Great customer service fast delivery Mattresses could have better labeling A handle to carry would help a lot. Even on the plastic wrap I bought a firm mattress but it's medium to firm at best. Quality wasn't good”

“They were a great team. They helped with the process and didn't hesitate to explain everything as much as needed, asking questions that helped in the decision-making process. We had the option to try the mattress as many times as we still had doubts about. They were frank and friendly and did not try to sell for the sake of selling, but recommended cheap and worthy options to avoid needless overbudgets. Highly recomendable”
