“Although the dress is very pretty and nice quality, it does not fit. I wear usually wear an 8 or 10 and so to be "safe" I ordered a 10 and it does not fit at all. Also I am 5'6" and even with 3 inch heels , it is way too long. It came in a box nicely on a hanger, but no protective padding AND without ANY paperwork--NO packing slip, order copy, and NO paperwork as to how I might go about returning it.”

All designers run differently and the size chart would need to be used to determine the correct size. “I will be returning a dress for a second time. It’s not fitting me, and I. The past, I have worn a 20 or 22. This is a 24. Something isn’t right with this dress, and I’m so disappointed. I’m 72 years old, and I thought this was going to be an easy process for a senior citizen. I hope I won’t lose my money because I can’t find a dress. Please help me!”

“loved the quick email response however I feel very hesitant to purchase anything I understand no refunds but not even a size exchange I don't feel like I would purchase again in the future just because of that. had there been at least exchange or credit I would buy many more dresses .”

“I ordered 2 dresses, 1 dress is acceptable but it's difficult to put the hook together, the other dress has poor quality. The glitter comes off and on the floor everywhere I go, so bad.”
