“loved the quick email response however I feel very hesitant to purchase anything I understand no refunds but not even a size exchange I don't feel like I would purchase again in the future just because of that. had there been at least exchange or credit I would buy many more dresses .”

We're sorry to hear you did not receive your order as you expected. All of our orders ship within 5-7 business days, it looks like you had your order delivered internationally which shipped in time and took 4 days in transit.

All of our orders ship within 5-7 business days and depending on the location take an additional 2-7 days in transit. This information is listed on our website and we hope this better explains our shipping times.

“I ordered 2 dresses, 1 dress is acceptable but it's difficult to put the hook together, the other dress has poor quality. The glitter comes off and on the floor everywhere I go, so bad.”

“The dress fuschia one is very short ;waist is too tight. The other one gown is too long for me . I hope i can return these. Plus in canada i had to pay more taxes other than shipping. It did not get delivered at my home. I had to go oick it up from gedex”
