I ordered a dress for a wedding and your company informed me about a week until the events that the dress is on back order. A major inconvenience. However, I sales representative did try to help me to replace it . Thank you.

the service is good but the color shown in the picture doesnt match the options cholsen, the colored shown was not instkck and webskte didnt mentuon and they sent me the ivory color this made ms not satidfied

Unfortunately, we were only provided the Periwinkle colored image for the style you chose. We do see that you ordered Ivory and received the color you have ordered. Your website does not work properly. When accessed on the phone there was only one specific size and color available. When using a desktop, there were multiple colors and multiple sizes. When I would add Yellow Size 6 to cart, a blue size 0 was added to the cart. I attempted multiple times and the same thing would happen. When checking out the box to accept privacy terms would not appear. I had to refresh multiple times for the square to appear so that I could click to check it off.

The dress is not as expected. The glitters falls off and make a mess everywhere. The material doesn't't look like it's of good quality.

The two dresses I bought were not of good quality and yet very expensive. The fact that all sales are final is a terrible policy. We got stuck with a $300 dress.

It did not fit well and there were loose threads all over the dress. I did not realize that everything was final sale when I bought it or else I would have returned it immediately.

Shipped to the wrong address. . I paid for 2 day shipping and didn’t get it because they shipped to 140 versus 1408I have to pay 15% restocking fee that was never mentioned They also didn’t don’t have a bigger size to even offer
